Designed with large families or groups in mind, this home offers plenty of space for 10 guests, with 4 comfortable bedrooms plus a queen air mattress for the living room.

All bedrooms are designed for maximum comfort. Guests can unpack and make themselves at home, using the closet storage space. Each room is equipped with Blackout Curtains to ensure restful sleeping. Each bedroom has its own Mini-Split to allow for personalized control of your heating and air conditioning, in addition to the ceiling fan in each room.

Our El Cajon home has 3 separate full bathrooms. The master bathroom is linked to the master bedroom. Another bathroom can be shared amongst the two queen bedrooms and enjoys a full shower and bathtub. The main bathroom off the kitchen also has a full shower allowing the bedroom by the pool to enjoy their own private bathroom and feel like an additional master bedroom.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆
With a fully-stocked kitchen and efficient appliances, cooking at home will be a breeze. The cabinets and drawers are stocked with all the cookware, dishware, and utensils you need. We even provide salt, pepper, cooking spray, and coffee.

The bright, airy living room is a wonderful place to gather in this spacious home. Relax SoCal style on the sectional sofa and stream your favorite shows on the 65” flat screen Smart TV. The large open windows invite the most beautiful sunshine and make lounging in this room a highly enjoyable experience, in addition to the in room mini-split to control the temperature to your comfort.

The game room is perfect for some friendly competition with a game of pool on the pool table. With high-speed internet and a 55 inch smart TV, you can stay connected and entertained during your stay with complimentary Hulu, Disney, Espn and more!

Grill out on the BBQ and enjoy the swimming pool in the private, fenced-in backyard. Our home is conveniently located in close proximity to all San Diego attractions so you can easily explore all the city has to offer. Major freeways are nearby, allowing you to easily get to any destination you desire. If you prefer to leave the car behind, the public trolley transportation is a short walk away from the home.

As a guest, you will have access to the entire property, including the private backyard & pool and driveway parking. There are 2 parking spots available in the driveway.

We respect your privacy during your stay. We are always available for your needs as well as in times of emergencies. Whatever the case, please don`t hesitate to reach out!

Neighborhood is quiet, safe and family friendly. The beach is about a 10 minute walk or short drive. Close to major highways and public trolley transportation to get you anywhere in San Diego and more!

Public Trolley Transportation is 10 minute walk away. It is a convenient and cheap way to travel around San Diego. Ubers and Lyfts also service the area.

☀ Kid-friendly: We do not have any baby gear on site. All of our baby gear amenities such as Pack N Plays and high chairs are provided via a rental service. We have negotiated with BabyQuip to offer our guests a 10% discount to rent everything you`d need for your little one’s stay. They will deliver Pack N Plays, cribs, high chairs, car seats, toys, and more, and they will even set everything up prior to your stay. Please inquire for the custom link to set up your order and receive your special discount!


☀ The home has an exterior security camera above the front door entrance. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property. There is an approved decibel monitor on the ceiling of the game room. It only measures sound and not what anyone is saying. This is only to prevent large parties that would disturb the community. Both will be on during your stay.


☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.


☀ We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party, SafelyStay, Inc to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on their website. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox within 3 days of booking your stay if you have not received the email and contact us if you have any questions.


☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay.
**Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host.**

1) No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 14 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
2) No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation.
3) Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
4) Must be 25 years and older to book.
5) No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No cats allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied.
6) Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.
7) A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.
8) No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.
9) We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances.
10) No glass bottles near pool. No sand/dirt/ grass allowed in pool. Please rinse off prior to using. Leave pool vacuum in pool at all times. Additional cleaning fees will apply if pool requires additional cleaning or draining. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
11) FYI on important maintenance schedules: Trash & Recycle Day: Monday; Pool Care: Monday; Lawn Care: Every other Friday
12) All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 8% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligable. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)


*The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests agree to exercise caution when using the property and waive any and all liability claims against the host.

Birthday trip

We came to San Diego for my daughter’s 21st birthday! This house was perfect for our family as we had 9 people staying! The house is super cute, newly remodeled and not a far drive from SD at all!! The house had everything we needed!!! Communication with the owner was super easy and he always replied in a timely manner!! Will definitely keep this home in our favorites for future visits.
