10 minutes from Joshua Tree and Pioneertown, This truly one-of-a-kind artistic home is packed with surprises to wow you. Too many things to describe, but these are a few features of the house: Swimming pool, 24/7 Jacuzzi, Beautiful back yard full of plants, Beautiful art on floors, walls, and everywhere, Birdwatchers' Paradise, Mid-Century Back to the past Kitchen and Living Room, Central AC and Heat, High-Speed Wifi, and Plenty of Parking.
Once you enter the property, you will be transformed into an artistic world of beautiful colors. The house is artistically designed, with a paradise backyard that attracts hundreds of birds to the property daily. If you love hummingbirds, you will never want to leave, as they will dance and play within arm's length of you. You can relax in the heated pool (there is a charge of $100 per day to heat the pool), or in the Jacuzzi that's always ready for your enjoyment (No charge for jacuzzi heating). Or you can play pool, ping pong, air hockey, darts, arcade games, board games, corn hole, or any of the many games available. There are smart TVs throughout the house with free channels like Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, and ESPN Plus. The Wifi is high speed so you can work or be on Zoom calls.
There are three bedrooms and a total of four queen beds, plus another 2 sofa beds. There are two bathrooms but it operates more like three because the larger bathroom is designed for more than one guest at a time. Shower, sink, and toilet sections are all privately separated. And did I mention there's a heated outdoor shower too?
Because of all the amenities and activities offered, many of the guests end up just staying at the house for the whole duration, but it is conveniently located just minutes from the famous Pioneertown and Joshua Tree National Park if you're looking for activities in the area. There are so many beautiful hiking trails within minutes of the house, you will have to come back multiple times to experience them all.
There are plenty of parking spaces on the property, enough for up to 4 cars. There is also an outlet to charge an EV.
