Charming Spanish coastal style villa located in an exclusive resort in Rio Mar with outstanding views of the ocean, award-winning golf courses and the El Yunque Rain Forest. This villa has all new furniture and kitchen appliances with a spacious living area that Includes cable TV with basic channels and free WIFI in the apartment and pool area. This villa is on the gorgeous 500 acre gated Resort with a pleasant walk to the beach or pools.

The architecture is similar to a Spanish village. There are several steps going up to the villa with a private entrance which offers a spectacular view. It is on the prestigious Rio Mar Beach Resort which offers a variety of options to please any vacationer. The El Yunque Rain Forest, horseback riding on the beach, ATVing and ZIP lining are minutes away. Two award winning golf courses, a casino, beaches, pools, five restaurants and a spa are on the property. Beach and pool are walking distance. Local restaurants are nearby as well as excursions for snorkelling, diving or island exploring. Historic Old San Juan is a 40 min drive.

We can easily be reached through text or email.

There is something for everyone in this tropical paradise. The hotel has five restaurants including a pool side bar and grill and a casino. The El Yunque National Rain Forest, horseback riding on the beach, ATV riding and ZIPlines through the forest are within 3 miles. There are chairs and restrooms at the beach. There are several unique local restaurants nearby.

If you are flying in to Puerto Rico (SJU airport). Car rental can be a issue during the busy season, many tourists not enough cars. Make your care rental reservation in advance. This is a Spanish style hilly coastal resort so there are several stairs leading to the villas.
You can walk to the beach which is a good 10 min walk along the golf course and the pool is only a few yards away. Hiking around the property is about 3.1 miles and offers gorgeous views of vistas, beaches and beautiful homes. A rental car is recommended.

Our host was very welcoming & helpful! The villa was well appointed, clean & had gorgeous views of ocean & El Yunque & easy walk to the best pool in all the Cluster communities! Island Sanctuary

The Rio Mar grounds are spectacular and luxurious. We enjoyed the privacy of our own villa while being able to take advantage of the beaches, restaurants and amenities at the main hotel. They also offer golf, tennis, entertainment and several restaurants and bars. The complex is gated yet expansive, allowing room to wander freely and be part of both the resort and the private housing cluster. You can choose to be part of the action or remain secluded at the quiet beach or local pool. Marcia was an amazing host! Her villa was clean and thoughtfully organized with all the amenities of home. It has a gorgeous balcony that opened to the breeze via double doors. She was always responsive and helpful, clearly concerned that we were comfortable and making the best of our stay. She offered great tips and suggestions and even helped my husband find the NCAA tournament on TV. You can spend your entire stay in the compound but I recommend exploring the island as well.

Great experience!

The property is located on a hill and has a magnificent view of the complex. The apartment is in perfect condition and has everything one could need to spend a nice time away from home. The apartment is scrupulously tidy and clean. Overall, we had an amazing time at this location.

Stunning grounds. Beautiful flowers and palm trees. Very clean and bright. Gave communication with property manager a 1 star because I never met the person while there. No biggie though.

Great location

This place was great. They booking and directions were perfect. I was surprised that it didn’t provide coffee to make. We stopped at a small grocery store at the corner n bought some things which was convenient. I just wish there was a shower curtain to avoid the amount of water that would come out while showering . The half glass isn’t doing the job. Wish there was wash cloths. We used hand towels. No blow dryer or shampoo. However, this place is amazing n host gave perfect instructions. They had beach towels n chairs to take to beach. The swimming pool is very close by. It can be 5 star if they fix the shower n problem.

Clean, cozy, and convenient!

Marcia’s place was clean, cozy, and convenient for our stay. Her directions were detailed and easy to follow. Slight hiccup with the check in process but she was readily available and took care of everything quickly! The view from the balcony was beautiful and the entire complex has so much character. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

Breathtaking Views

We loved our stay! Beautiful setup, great communication with host. Lovely neighbors. The pools and hot tub were great - our host had beach towels for us. Close to the rainforest and quick drive to the ocean. Lounge chairs are provided at the ocean, restrooms and shower at the pool on the ocean. Can’t wait to return

We had an excellent stay at the condo. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Great communication. Very secure. You have the convenience of the resort beach and restaurants right there if you don't feel like going far. I'd stay there again for sure.

Rio Grande Stay

The place was simply awesome! The unit was as described and we had no issue communicating with the owner. What distinguishes this unit from my prior Wyndham stays, is the fact one has a 180 degree view of Puerto Rico, from the Yunque mountain range to the beach and everything the resort has to offer in between.

Beautiful Place

It was a great place except for that the water kept going in and out. I call the owner Marcia Robinson. She was very con concerned about the problem, but her hands were tied. Water Company problem. She told me that I can leave and that I would get a refund. I had to leave a day early. No refund yet When I left the water was gone. Tried cleaning the best as possible. But every time I communicated with Marcia Robinson she always responded. If it wasn't for the water problem we would've had a great vacation We left and stayed with family on the other side of the island But still no refund?

We loved our stay at this villa and will be back. Or favorite way to spend time there was sitting on the barstools on the lanai in the afternoon. The villa had everything we needed and the host was responsive/excellent communication.

Very nice resort, don’t know if I would stay in the same villa.

Resort and villa was beautiful. Minor things in the villa like no blinds on big windows and no shower curtain got water everywhere. Otherwise property manager was easy to get a hold of for things like toilet paper and garbage bags,
