Hola compañeros de viaje! Si usted está buscando un precioso y tranquilo apartamento privado,, conducido por un super amigable dúo padre / hijo, entonces no busque más! Se trata de un apartamento todo nuevo de un dormitorio con un patio privado. Literalmente todo en este lugar es completamente nuevo. Ideal para dos personas, pero fácilmente cómodo con 3, hay una vista completa (doble) cama y un sofá cama. Se encuentra ubicado en un barrio seguro y tranquilo en Queens. Manhattan es fácilmente accesible con un 10 minutos a pie de la estación de metro, a continuación, paseo de 30 minutos de Times Square.

El supermercado está a 2 minutos a pie de la casa y abierto hasta las 11 pm. Drop-off servicio de lavandería en la misma plaza.

Perfect Weekend

My buddy and I stayed with David as to attend the US Open. David was great and the hospitality and knowledge of the local area couldn't have been better. He met us early so we could drop off our luggage to get to the US Open. He also so kindly let us leave our baggage with him Monday as we toured the city before our evening flight on Monday as he had another guest checking in that afternoon. Great location for the US Open. Easy cab/uber ride and we found walking was great. Either all they way down Main street or through the park. When we come back next time, we will most definitely stay here again. This was a hot US Open weekend and both rooms had AC which was a nice break from the heat and humidity.

Great place; everything you need and pretty quick to JFK and Manhattan

This place was great, with everything we needed for our stay including a kitchen. Owners provided local maps and info which were very helpful. Grocery store was right nearby and there were plenty of other places to get stuff or eat out. We found it convenient because it was only about half an hour to 45 minutes by public transportation to both JFK airport and to Manhattan. The security deposit was high, but fully refunded quickly after the stay.

Het appartementje was kraaknet en proper bij aankomst en zeer goed uitgerust. Er was zelfs koffie in huis en een kan fris water in de koelkast. Misschien wat donker, maar overdag ben je toch op tocht in New York. Het belangrijkste voor ons -eerste keer in New York- was de gastheer : David ontving ons zeer hartelijk en was bijzonder behulpzaam. Op het eerste gezicht wat ver van Manhattan, maar zoveel authentieker.

Great stay with great hosts

Had a great stay and David the owner is such a lovely guy that couldn't have been kinder, he was kind enough to let us stay the day we was going home until 3.30 as we had an evening flight which we appreciated so much. The property is great, the only thing i would say is the metal roof thing over the patio area which is full of leaves would be far better as a pull out canopy, when it rained it was a pain and when the sun is out you are sheltered from it, we would have loved to get a bit of sun while there but apart from that it was great.

Me and my spouse loved how private the apartment was. The location was perfect as well. We had hiccups with the WiFi but the owner came to the rescue every time without problem. We will definitely come back again.

Pleasantly surprised!

This was our first experience with VRBO and also visiting New York City. We were very pleased with the entire experience. Our 8 day trip was centered around events at the nearby university my son attends, so I had several questions prior to booking. The owners were extremely quick to respond and provided answers to all my questions. The booking process went very smoothly. Upon our arrival, David was waiting at the unit to welcome us and give us additional information regarding the unit such as keys, wifi password, a map of the adjacent area and recommendations on places to eat and shop. He also provided us with public transportation information as we did not rent a vehicle for our stay. There are local bus stops extremely close in both directions, and it is a quick bus ride or 5-6 block walk to the subway station. The train ride into Manhattan was approximately 20-40 minutes depending on where we were going and the time of day. The neighborhood was quiet and charming. There is also a grocery market, several restaurants, and a bank a very short walk from the unit. The unit was just as pictured, very clean, newly updated and well equipped for our stay. It has a private entrance and a patio that were very convenient as we were coming and going quite frequently. Although we did not have a car, there was street parking available. David and Asaf were extremely hospitable and made themselves available if needed. We will be back to visit Queens while my son is in college there, and will be booking this unit again with David and Asaf when we visit. And I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking to visit the New York City area.

Parfait/Bon rapport qualité/prix

L'appartement est très propre. Quand on est arrivé là bas, ça sentait bon et c était d une propreté digne d un hôtel. Bien que ce soit un semi-sous sol l appartement est très lumineux. Il y a plusieurs fenêtres. Le lit est confortable de même pour le futon. On n a pas pu profiter du patio car on était souvent à l extérieur mais c était très mignon. L appartement est conforme aux photos. L appartement est situé dans un quartier relativement calme et à environ 10 minutes à pied du metro qui permet d arriver à Manhattan en 20 minutes environ. Le supermarché est à 5 minutes à pied et il y a plusieurs bus qui desservent le coin. Tout petit bémol c est que parfois on entend les résidents du dessus. Juste un manque d insonorisation mais ça reste gérable. Satisfaite de ce séjour. Les hôtes sont très prévenants et disponibles et sont très réactifs. Je recommande carrément ce lieu pour un séjour à New York.vous ne serez pas déçu.

Loved it!

When I arrived to the location the cleaners were just finishing up and everything looked just like the pictures. This property is so cute it was perfect for what I needed. With one other guest there was more than enough space to accommodate our needs. The patio is a wonderful touch for some outdoor living cleverly, separated from the residents upstairs. Plenty of street parking was available less than a two minute walk away. David was so kind to provide a map of the local neighborhood along with the WIFI password, Asaf hooked us up with some dinner recommendations and even the cleaner gave us some ideas for things to do while in town. The property is located within delivery range of a variety of awesome restaurants, around the corner from a gas station and the highway. Since our event is annual we will DEFINITELY be coming back!! Thank you Asaf and David!
