Luxury Woodstock Family Retreat with pool/hot tub

You’ll love my 5 acre, 3500 sq ft + spacious home and 1500 sq ft game room basement! The 'hood is only 1.7 miles from Woodstock's Main Street- Tinker. Basement has ping pong, arcade games, pool and air hockey.
The space is 3500 square feet (not including the 1500 sq ft basement) of modern, bright and beautiful relaxation! Our great room streams sunlight all day long while the bedrooms are all equipped with shades. Large new 60 inch tv in the main room for movie nights and Sunday games! New outdoor basketball hoop!

Layout of house: 4 bedrooms are downstairs including the masters and two full baths. Upstairs is a larger suite with 4 full bed and a separate baby room which has a single bed and a crib/changing table, full bath and the play space you see in the pictures.

Basement has pool table, ping pong, dart board, games and separate couch area.

Outdoor Eating: 2 Picnic tables and BBQ (new webber grill) ready!

Outdoor back area: Hot tub ready, large lounge area, lounge furniture is out but the cushions are in the garage.

Pool: Closing 3rd weekend of October and opening back up mid April, there is a fence around the pool for child safety but we will require you to sign a waiver. (Adults too.) Towels, chairs, cushions, pool toys are provided. All will be in the pool house for access.

Families: We have a 4 an 8 year old so we designed a separate Play Space in mind for kids with books, toys and comfy carpet upstairs next to the baby room. We do have a baby room with crib, changing table, and monitor. Kitchen has bottle cleaner brush and bottle dry wrack. Please note: The house is very kid friendly but not 100% child proof. There are no stair gates and kitchen cabinets are not locked.

Friend Groups: While there is a baby room/play space upstairs- the rest of the house is designed for adults with a large sectional couch, dining table for 8, additional dining table for 4 and a slew of outdoor spaces/tables to lounge with some wine.

NEW BASEMENT: There is also a PS4 gaming/couch area, pool table, and ping pong.

Pets: Dogs on a case by case basis. (more flexibility for long term stays) No cats, sorry allergic :(

Games: For kids and adults - Cards against humanity, Scrabble, Trivial Pursuit, Monopoly, poker chips and a slew of other stuff.
