Un retiro increíble en el bosque, situado en 7 acres hermosa, pero aun así a sólo 5 minutos del centro de Woodstock. Rodeado de árboles y corriente que fluye suavemente, se respira profundamente y relajarse. (EXCELENTE para los niños: además de la piscina climatizada, tenemos ping-pong, una red de baloncesto, ¡una casa de muñecas con furntiure!)

Entrar en esta impresionante casa y ver su estilo moderno y contemporáneo rodeado de ventanas, techos altos y magnífica chimenea de piedra azul. La casa es cálido, acogedor y cuidadosamente decoradas. Tiene 3BR, 3 cuartos de baño, una cocina completamente equipada, chimenea, piscina en el suelo climatizada y jacuzzi, con vistas a la corriente!

La casa se divide en dos secciones para permitir la máxima privacidad sin dejar de ser capaz de socializar juntos. El ala norte tiene un dormitorio 2ª planta bañada por el sol con una cama nueva marca y colchón de lujo. Hay una acogedora sala de estar + estudio y cocina completamente equipada con mesa de granja grande como para reunir alrededor con los amigos. Al lado se encuentra una zona de estar adicional, bañado por la luz del sol desde una hilera de ventanas, con un nuevo sofá que se despliega fácilmente en una cama de matrimonio.

En el ala sur es un espacio impresionante, con altos techos de 30 'contiene un segundo asiento / zona de reunión + una biblioteca. Hay una mesa de ping pong y un sistema de sonido para mayor diversión.

En esta ala, hay un dormitorio principal arriba y otro dormitorio de invitados en la planta baja. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama nueva, colchón de lujo y un baño en suite con bañera de hidromasaje. El dormitorio de invitados de la planta baja tiene dos camas individuales que se pueden combinar para ser de tamaño queen. Hay un baño completo fuera de esta sala. Cuenta con una entrada privada que conduce a la piscina, jacuzzi y jardín.

A spacious home with character and everything we needed. Deeply nested in the woods—quiet, beautiful, and great for hiking! Loved our stay. A couple miles from Woodstock, a quaint town with galleries, cafes, and good restaurants. Host Bill was amazing, responsive and so helpful. Highly recommended!!!

Amazing, large artist-type retreat. Great for our family getaway and being dog friendly is a huge plus for us. Minutes from Woodstock and not far from other attractions made for easy entertainment.We didn’t use the fireplace or pool, but did use the hot tub and it was great.All together, we really enjoyed our stay and Bill was great answering my questions and helping out when we needed it.

This spacious, well-furnished house provides an excellent and comfortable base from which to discover Woodstock and nearby towns and hiking spots. The house is located in a lovely quiet area that is a short drive from downtown Woodstock.The check-in process went smoothly, and the owner was responsive and communications with him were easy.

Relaxation and Pool time in a totally private setting

We loved this place! House was clean and comfortable. The pool was awesome, perfect temp, clean and totally relaxing. It was great to just sit out and enjoy the sounds of the stream. Bed was comfy and provided a great nights sleep. Bill was communicative and easy to deal with. 2 minutes from town.

The Most Wonderful Woodstock Getaway!

This Woodstock gem is a lovely and spacious getaway spot. We had plenty of room for two couples and our dogs to stay comfortably for multiple days. The house is very close to downtown Woodstock and has all of the amenities you could need. We particularly enjoyed the ping-pong table, fireplace, and hot tub. Additionally the host is responsive and cares about you having a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing family get-together

This home was the perfect spot for our kids and grandkids to get together with us for a family weekend. The location is on a large parcel of land, only five minutes from Woodstock and all it has to offer. The house was spacious yet cozy and the kitchen was well-equipped. The adults enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub! We hope to return in the warmer weather to enjoy the pool!

Great location

The 3 bedrooms house is located on a small stream. We saw multiple deer around the property. The town is a short drive away with lots of shops. We spent the weekend relaxing in the hot tub and playing games. I would definitely recommend this place

The house is as wonderful as the pictures. We came in early September while the weather is not hot but warm enough for the pool. House is very clean and plenty of towels for shower and pool use. This year because of the draught the stream was dried up. But other than that we really enjoyed the seclusion from the hustle and bustle of down town. No car noises and nearest neighbor is out of sight. At night it does get colder but not cold enough to need heat. House maintains a comfortable temperature without heat or air conditioning for early September. Ceiling fans drafting the clean cool air in from opened windows helped.

Great family getaway for Thanksgiving

We loved our stay at this property - a classic "Woodstock" house with character and charm. For our family of 4, we all had our own space! Great piece of property and close proximity to town and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked for all cooking and baking needs.

Wonderful house secluded but near town

The house and property were great. Very comfortable house that felt like home with a well equipped kitchen, two living rooms, great beds, fireplace, and spa. Pool was closed since it was winter. The property is wooded and feels like being in your own private park but is only a few minutes from downtown. Highly recommended!

Absolutely Wonderful!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful not just the property but also the host was! The house and setting is just beautiful and full of character! The host does a wonderful job of ensuring the guests know what’s available to them in the house and provides a wonderful listing of restaurants and grocery stores in the area as well. I will definitely look to stay again in the future!

We are madly in love with our vacation home -- and, judging from our reviews, our guests love it too. Most of the time we live in Manhattan. After growing up in a suburb of Philly, Bill has spent his adult life in Manhattan, working in video production. Rita's story is more exotic: early childhood in India before arriving in 1970's Brooklyn to the same neighborhood through which John Travolta strides in the movie "Saturday Night Fever". Our daughter, Claire, is in graduate school.

We looked for a quite a while for a house in the region before finding Fern Hollow. You'll immediately see the natural unique beauty of the house when you look at the pictures. The place just has great 'bones' -- unique angles everywhere you look. After renting several houses in the area through VRBO we decided we'd like our own 'slice' of Woodstock, where we could enjoy a quiet setting that also offered tons to do, in all seasons. We hope you will come and share this fantastic area.

WE WORK HARD TO INSURE YOU HAVE A GREAT STAY. This is the place to come to for total relaxation: great after a day of skiing or hiking nearby. We're surrounded by woods and stream, with a hot tub, fire place and plush beds. The reclaimed wood beams and the local stones used for the floors and fireplaces were the first things that caught our eye. You can sit at the large dining table, along a row of large windows and watch your children frolic in the pool, surrounded by a lovely deck. And, incredibly, a wonderful stream runs along side the house. GREAT for kids: in addition to the heated pool, we have ping-pong, a basketball net, a doll's house with furnture!)
