Step inside this cozy, calm space that has been newly remodeled for your enjoyment—A well-appointed 2 bd 1 ba in a single-level duplex with a peaceful, country setting, centrally located to many attractions. I-40 is just a short drive around the corner, but far enough you won’t hear freeway noise. Turkey Creek shopping area is just a quick 25 min away and Downtown Knoxville is a 35 min drive. Local shopping is super convenient, with a Food City just 5-10 minutes down the road. Long-term stays ok
Home is one side of a single-level duplex home with both sides available separately or booked together for larger groups. There is a comfy hybrid king bed in one room and two comfy hybrid twin beds plus trundle in the second bedroom
Entire place is for guest use, with exception of one bathroom storage closet and kitchen laundry cabinet for host supplies.
We’re available if guests have questions or need anything during their stay
Located in a safe, quiet, residential neighborhood with a country setting, and close to everything.
This side of the duplex includes a carport, as well as plenty of parking in the long driveway—please don’t drive on the lawn.
Please note that biweekly housekeeping is required for stays over 14 days, at an additional fee of $75 per cleaning needed. This includes linen service, and light housekeeping. We request that guests clear surfaces and sinks to allow for cleaning. There is absolutely no smoking of any substance allowed inside the unit. A $500 fine will be assessed for any evidence of smoking of any kind.
-Garbage must be placed in the proper receptacles
-Trash collection is Mondays and we ask that guests please walk the can to end of driveway for curb pickup if their stay falls on a Sunday night
-No additional guests allowed without written permission from hosts and guests of all ages must be disclosed at booking
-Pet waste must be collected and disposed of immediately
-Pets are not to be left unattended inside the home unless crated, and shouldn't be left outside if guests aren't home
-Access for yard care must be granted when needed (weekly mowing of front and backyard, etc.)
-Thermostat is to be set no lower than 76 degrees when house is unoccupied and all doors should be locked, windows secured with all shades drawn when house is unoccupied
-Thermostat is to be set no lower than 72 degrees at any given time while occupied
-Maximum of 3 cars to be parked on premises
-Cars are to be parked in carport (if applicable) and driveway, never on lawn
-No parties or large gatherings allowed on premises
