Great location

We enjoyed our month long stay at this property. The location and property were wonderful, we used the resort pool and restaurant a lot too. There was ample space for the family to spread out. The house pool area had a table and chairs that we used a lot although we could have used a couple of lounge chairs to enjoy the outdoors more. I appreciated the safety gate around the pool. The home was cleaned very well. The only downside to our stay was the beds are not comfortable at all but there are ample pillows and blankets. We did have some trouble with the outside door lock that was a little tricky at times, it seems to be wore out and could use a replacement. The kitchen has the basics to cook at home. Overall this house has everything you need to have a great getaway!

Nice but needs updated

Decent property and location, however, beds and living room furniture could use a good updating. Mattresses were very uncomfortable with sheets that were rough and wouldn't stay on, and the pillows were practically flat. Our kids did enjoy the private pool.

Excellent place to stay for multu family vacation

Paradise palms was a great place to stay for our family vacation! Great location for amusement parks. The house was very spacious, well setup for multi family vacation, everyone had own bedroom and bathroom. Definitely recommend for Orlando getaway. If we do disney trips again we will definitely be looking to stay here!

Nice, spacious house

We stayed here for 4 days and enjoyed ourselves so much, the neighborhood was quite and disney and all fun activities were only 15 minutes away.

Great house!

Lots of room for our family of 9. Loved the pool! Couches were very used and uncomfortable in main living room, deck furniture also old and rusty. Pots and pans were worn out and nothing is included like salt and pepper or soda stream jar. Also, not enough coffee cups, only 3 or 4. It was a great space though, if not eating in much, it would be fine.

2020 Trip to Disney

Okay. Did not especially care for sofa. Difficult to sit on. The bed was okay. The house was a good size and accommodated us well. Enjoyed being with the family all together was the main objective. We all enjoyed Disney.

Made for a Great Family Reunion!!

Location was Perfect to Disney, major interstates and shopping. Home is part of a Great Community where everything is clean and organized. We enjoyed the resort style community pool and walked there through a really cool nature preserve. The pool at the home was heated as the community pool did not seem to be. We were arriving earlier than the normal check-in time and Erica was so gracious to enter the home earlier as no one was there the night before. Upon arriving everything in the home looked as pictured with plenty of room for our family. Kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies, ice machine in fridge worked and plenty of room for the storage of our groceries. We did have a bit of trouble entering the home bc we didnt understand the lock system but when we needed help we got a quick response. Trash is picked up every day but be sure you follow the rules as to where and how to separate food. While we were there they had a routine visit for the pool maintenance and outdoor bug spray so home is well cared for. This home made for a perfect family reunion and would love to come back.

Good value and excellent location

I really want to give it 3.5 stars but that is not an option. The house is large and very accommodating. It features an open floor plan downstairs with a spacious and well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are larger than normal each with a flat screen TV and in room or adjacent shower. Great home for family get togethers and only 15 minutes to Disney Parks. The owner is very responsive and engaged. When I reached out to her the night before our arrival concerning an alarming review on VRBO claiming bed bugs, she not only reassured me but made sure that a certified pest inspector was there the following morning to certify the home bed bug free! Yes, the house could benefit from some touches such as mattress toppers, hand towels for bathing, rugs need cleaning, and touch up paint here and there, but this is a rental home not a primary residence. It did not feel dirty or unsanitary in any way. I would stay here again.

Perfect home

The house is very wide, clean, the kitchen very well equipped and organized. all rooms with new bad sheets and bath towels for all guests. the pool area very cozy. we had a little problem in the game room as we broke part of the air hockey table and apologized for it. the owner was very friendly and answered quickly our questions. we would recommend the house.

Do not stay here! Very dirty and has bed bugs!

While the space of the home is nice, it is very dirty. Stains on the furniture, spills down the walls, dusty baseboards and fixtures and filthy carpets. Pool was too cold to swim in. While all of that it’s not even the worst of it, the home had bed bugs! They could not get a inspector out there while we were there so we left early from our vacation. When we got back had to take all of our items to the cleaners before we allowed it to enter our home. The owner offered me a free weekend stay, like I would ever go back into the same house. She then refunded back to me only $200 which did not cover the days we left early or the cost of the cleaners. Do yourself a favor and look for a different property!!

Fantastic Property

This home was fabulous, spacious and very, very clean, our grandson enjoyed the swimming pool and the tv room on the 2nd floor, our son and daughter in law enjoyed the master suite on the main floor with a it’s own bathroom while my husband and I enjoyed the spacious master suite on the 2nd floor, the kitchen was well equipped and it was one of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in. Also the proximity of the house to Disney Magic Kingdom is approximately 6 miles and with the gated entry very secure and safe. Definitely one of the best rentals in the Kissimmee area. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Dolores

The property exceded my expectations.

My family and I were so impressed with our stay. The property is beautiful and so convenient to all the parks and things to do. I was impressed with how clean and well kept the property was. The pictures that I had looked at on the web site while I was looking for a place to stay does not do justice to just how beautiful the property is. My grandchildren also enjoyed the community pool. This property made this the best vacation that our family has ever taken.

Overall, the house was great.

Plenty of space for the whole family. Just a word of advice, if you are hot natured, you may want to bring along some fans as there are no ceiling fans. Wal-Mart is down the street. ☺ The home is located central to lots of attractions and grocery stores, etc. We would definitely stay again when in the area. The owner is very responsive should any issues arise. Thank you Erica for your part in our nice vacation.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Just came back from a short staycation here. My family loved it! The house was very spacious, we can all be together but have enough room to spread out. I'd like to note that there are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, one has an en suite bathroom (which is a walk in shower) that was very convenient for my dad who is wheelchair bound. We had some friends over for dinner & loved the long table in the dining area. While the pool is not full sized it is sufficient for a nice cool dip. You have all the convenience of being at home in this place, from utensils to oven toaster, this house has all you need for an enjoyable vacation.

Excekente estadia!!! Momentos inesquecíveis...

Foi uma experiência maravilhosa! A casa é excelente e muito bem montada. É espaçosa, acolhedora e muito bem decorada, além de ser muito limpa a confortável. As acomodações são perfeitas, com camas confortáveis e roupa de cama e banho cheirosas, novas e limpas. A cozinha e a lavanderia são completas. A área externa da casa é um charme, com piscina, churrasqueira elétrica, mesa e cadeiras. A residência tem Wi-Fi, TV a cabo em todos os quartos e sala, ar condicionado central. O condomínio, além de ser muito limpo, tranquilo e seguro, está muito bem localizado. Fica a 20 min do Aeroporto Internacional de Orlando, a 10 min dá Disney é muito próximo dos outros parques temáticos. Ainda tem lojas, bares, Walmart...por perto. Mesmo ficando em casa, ainda dá para se divertir. O condomínio tem salão de jogos, cinema, piscinas, bar, área de lazer para as crianças...Tudo com muito conforto e privacidade. Sempre com o olhar atencioso e simpático dos funcionários. Vivemos momentos inesquecíveis em família, onde se tem a sensação de estar em sua própria casa. Recomendo 100%. A casa é maravilhosa e aconchegante!!!

Casa aconchegante e muito próxima a disney

A casa acomodou perfeitamente 10 pessoas. Tem TV em todos os quartos, piscina e sala de jogos para as crianças. Além de ficar perto da Disney, tem Walmart a menos de 1 km. Certamente retornaremos!!
