Unidad del segundo piso frente al mar con paseo a la playa, restaurantes, autobuses y 27 cuadras del paseo marítimo.
La unidad está completamente alicatada con baldosas de porcelana de 8X32 pulgadas que dan la apariencia de madera desgastada

the condo needs some updates: loungers in living room seem to be game player chairs for kids not a recliner for an adult.The floors need to be cleaned next to where the paneling and floorboard meet the floor.The walk-in shower in the master bedroom was great.The kitchen had what we needed.The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable.There was only one chair on the balcony - not enough for guests.

The hot water was shut off and the box spring for the mattress in the master had mold or something rotten soaked through it. The owner blamed the water on being 'first rental of season' which is very bad customer service - I didn't have time to deal with any of that as we had a volleyball tournament. When we rent a place to stay, we expect to be able to take showers and not have to wait for someone - We are here on our schedules, not the owners.

Clearly marked parking space, easy beach access, and clean space. Perfectly spaced between bus stops along the main strip of Ocean City. My partner and I stayed here while we attended Ocean's Calling music Festival, and it was perfect. Central to everything, but the best part is the balcony to listen to the waves at night.

Denise, We are extremely disappointed with your review. It is rented as a 2 bedroom that sleeps 5. If you were planning on bringing xtra people to sleep on the couch which is not an "open bed couch" you should have checked with us in advance. We work hard to satisfy our guests, and it is very difficult to receive a 3.0 rating. Kem

Lynn, Your communications before , during, and after your stay were zero. I do not understand why you did not bring the cleaning issue to our attention during your stay when it could have been easily resolved. Giving us un unfair review of 6/10, after you checked out was totally unacceptable.. I checked the reviews of the 3 renters prior to yours and they were all 10/10. Great property

The location is amazing and no noice except the sound of the ocean and seagulls. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed (except sheets and towels- which the listing says). I will definitely come back.

Perfect Oceanfront Getaway

Perfect 2 bedroom oceanfront condo with all the conforts of home and plenty of room to hang out. The view of the ocean was amazing and the neighborhood is full of great restaurants!

Clean and cozy

Our stay was great. The condo was as described odor, but very clean great view from the balcony easy beach access. The only thing I would possibly recommend would be to add curtains or blinds. It does get pretty bright in the a.m. but that’s just more of a preference.

Right on the beach

The location is terrific, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and spacious enough to have all of my family together for several meals. The shower in the master is very nice for cleaning up after a day on the beach. We enjoyed our stay at Boca Grande.

We have owned this property since 1973 and have seen many changes in Ocean City, Md. Our children and grand children have grown up at the beach and on the ocean and are now spending time raising their families in other states, but we still love Ocean City

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The building has 30 units and you can walk to the 2nd floor or take the elevator. We have had renters from Conn, Dela , Fla, Ind, Illinois, Mass, Mizzouri, Md, NC, NY, WV, Oh, Pa. RI, Va and Toronto, Canada that come and enjoy the privacy of a small building right on the beach with assigned parking. There are many owners that do not rent, but have enjoyed a long friendship with owners and our renters.
Easy access to every thing in Ocean City walking, by bus, by bike or car
