¡Encontrar una mejor ubicación es casi imposible!

El apartamento puede alojar hasta 12 personas: hay 3 habitaciones con camas tamaño queen y una con una litera completa / completa. También proporcionamos un colchón de piso para acomodar a las personas 11 y 12. Todos nuestros colchones de cama en todos nuestros apartamentos son colchones de espuma de memoria, por lo que una buena noche de sueño está casi garantizada. El lugar también cuenta con 2 baños completos, por lo que no debería haber ninguna alineación en el momento de la ducha.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely residence. It was very clean, generously stocked and in a perfect location. The hosts were extremely communicative, responsive and very helpful. Only caution are the tricky stairs to access. Not ideal if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage. But we had my 82 year old mom along and managed fine. I am glad we stayed here and would highly recommend.

We loved the location on a safe street filled with great restaurants and close to the metro. The apartment was clean, spacious and as shown in pics. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen with sufficient cooking supplies and updated baths with good supply of towels. There is a steep set of stairs to get up to the single floor apartment but that was not an issue for us. My group of 5 friends had a great stay!

Exceeded expectations

This apartment was perfect for my family of five. There was plenty of space, and the apartment was immaculate. It’s walking distance to many restaurants and cafes and we walked to Parc Mont Royal.

In town for daughter’s wedding

Lovely property and surprisingly quiet, we really enjoyed every minute. We used the dining room for pre-wedding primping and headed down to Le Livart right down the street. My only advisory is that there are about 35 steps up to the apartment so be ready to log your steps! Also, keep in mind you have to carry your suitcase up those steps! I am in good shape so it worked out fine. Nice

Great spot in a cute Montreal neighborhood

We had a great time here with our group! The unit was big enough for our group of 10 and an awesome outdoor patio too. The hosts are very communicative and helpful! My only issue was that it was quite warm (no AC) and some of the rooms do not have windows. With that being said, the hosts have fans in every room so if you’re comfortable with that then your stay will be fantastic!!

Great place to stay for a larger group!

Visited Montreal for the solar eclipse with some friends and found this a great spot to stay - comfortable and quiet sleeping arrangements and easily positioned for most of our adventures around the city. Would happily stay here again! The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Perfect getaway for 2 families

Ladies Trip

We chose this property for a ladies trip. It was the perfect location - shopping, restaurants and the metro station were all just minutes away by walking. Everyone in our group commented on how open and bright the apartment was. The hosts were great and very easy to deal with.

Weekend away with family

My husband and I stayed here with our 9 month old daughter and my mother. We had a lovely time and love the plateau area. The apartment is VERY spacious to relax in and the outdoor area was lovely for early evening drinks and appetizers we made in the kitchen. Super close to the convenient Mont Royal metro stop to get anywhere you need in the city. If you are coming with a baby, the stairs going up/down to the apartment are steep so bring an easy, lightweight travel stroller for sure - but it’s very doable. Would definitely stay here again

Christmas trip

This property was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and close to everything. The communication with the owners was easy and the responses were very quick. Would definitely book with them again.

Great location!

Overall it was a great stay. We loved the location, it was perfect for access to restaurants, shops and transportation. Apartment was large enough to fit our group of 10ppl with no issues. Stairs up and down were a hassle and we had noisy neighbors underneath us. Those were our two complaints but nothing of real concern unless you have a health issue and cannot walk two flights in and out.

Yann was a very responsive host and worked closely with us to ensure all our guest needs were met. Great location near restaurants, cafes and public transit. Very clean. The ability to climb up and down stairs is necessary to access the apartment and to enjoy the spacious deck.

Overall fantastic stay

We couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay at Fabfour! Fred was so helpful and welcoming! We were 9 sisters celebrating a 50th birthday! The location is perfect. We walked 3 minutes to the metro, grocery, and lots of great restaurants and shops! We grilled 3 delicious meals and the kitchen had everything we needed! Highly recommended! We WILL be back!

Friend trip

This property was in a great location for our trip and was close to lots of walkable attractions, including Mount Royal, and was a short Uber trip to other locations. The property was generally clean. In the kitchen the freezer was quite dirty and there were hairs in a lot of the drawers with the dishes which was not appetizing. Some of the furniture is starting to look worn, especially the white furniture. The bedding and towels and the bathrooms were definitely clean which is important. One unfortunate thing about this property is the location of the outdoor patios to the bedrooms of the other units. Our bedroom window was above the patio of the unit below. We could never open our bedroom window at night (and it was warm in the bedrooms as the A/C really only cools the main areas) as the renters below were often awake talking and smoking at night. The patio for our unit was also right beside the bedroom for the unit below and even though we were only outside visiting, not partying, we were asked by those renters to be quiet so we were not able to really use the patio at night. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. They allowed us a bit of a later check out on short notice when our flight was delayed and that was greatly appreciated.
