Close to everything, but...

This house needs some work and would require little effort from the owner specifically upgrading the couches in the living room, upgrading the mattresses in each bedroom as they were super thin and uncomfortable and just the overall cleanliness of the carpets, floors, trim in the kitchen area and window shades. The house also had a certain odor almost musty. The one redeeming quality if the weather was nicer when we were there is the backyard. Overall the owner was attentive and very responsive the house just needs some work. Additionally, the neighborhood was a little sketchy but the location was close to the Redondo beach area and other areas as well.

Needs a good cleaning - has potential

Overall, the property was okay - needs some additional care, e.g., baseboards need painting, microwave looked worn, washer and dryer worked well but had rust and were old. Blow dryer was provided but did not work properly - had to jiggle outlet in bathroom just right for it to work. Need to buy a new one! The property was not very clean. Carpets needed cleaning and you can hardly see out of some of the windows. Great location - close to everything. The games were a nice touch but they, too, were old and worn. Suggest a deck of cards! Thank you.

Another great stay-cation!

We had our roof redone and needed a clean, quiet place to stay for a few days. This rental fit the bill. Randy went above and beyond to get us into the house timely, and it was so appreciated! Everything we needed was provided and then some. Beds are comfortable, ceiling fans kept us cool, yard is spacious and lovely! Randy is quick to respond and easy to work with. If we ever need another stay-cation, we’ll be back. Thanks!

Top Quality Stay

Had a great experience for a group of 7. Enjoyed the large yard and the cleanliness of the entire house. Plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, and toiletries. Randy was an excellent host and was very easy to reach the entire time. The house was close to grocery stores, restaurants, and a 20 minute drive to just about everywhere we wanted to go. Will definitely be coming back!

Great Place!

The place was perfect for us. Clean, roomy. Lovely enclosed backyard and patio. Randy was a wonderful host who made us feel welcomed. Off street parking was appreciated as well. Hope to return next year.

Everything We Needed

A wonderful place to stay in the beach area of LA. So relaxing! Beautifully decorated and thought out. So many nice touches. Randy was a great host. All the beds were comfy, the rooms spacious, great shower with morning sun, gorgeous fully appointed kitchen plus backyard grill and big fridge, large washer and dryer for beach towels, plenty of room for Thanksgiving dinner in the dining room, lots of games below the large screen TV, but the best part was the lovely backyard which was like having two more rooms. Huge grassy area for the doggies or games, very comfy seating area with tall heater and a large glass-topped dining table and six chairs under an umbrella. A bit less cool now that houses are going up two door down and there is some construction noise, but we spent lots of happy time outside enjoying the beautiful weather. Beach is about three miles away, but worth the trip. Very close to shopping like Target and grocery store. Hope to stay there again in the future.

Just Right!

We really enjoyed this property. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, dishes and other necessities. We also enjoyed the board games and bocce in the large backyard! It was much nicer and more spacious than a hotel for our "stay-cation" while our house got fumigated. And the owner was easy to work with and very accommodating - thanks Randy!

Great house, Great location

We had a wonderful weekend stay when we travelled to Redondo Beach for a wedding in July. Randy helped us out tremendously allowing for an early check-in as we had a rehearsal to be at that afternoon. He met us at the property, gave us a walk through and was very accommodating! The house was super cute, very clean and neat with all the amenities we needed. There were 3 couples staying and it was plenty of room and comfortable for all. Really enjoyed the nice back patio, a great place to enjoy an evening. This was a great place to stay and would absolutely stay again!!

Absolutely perfect

I had never rented A property. My family and I were there for five days. The property is spotless and spectacular. This property is truly a gem! The owners couldn't have been nicer. I would highly recommend leasing this property again. Nothing short of perfect

Breezy, plentiful, vibrant, clean energy!

Hi Randy, as we're prepping to check out I wanted to tell you that my family couldn't say enough about your home and how much care was put into every corner. How clean, vibrant, and plentiful you all made it created a stay for us that was relaxing, comfortable, and it made me and my mom really motivated to hustle and get her a home with a yard just like it. The ramps and the colors, the grass, the lime tree, the full kitchen, every thoughtful touch, the library, wine, and waters! It felt like a real-lived home and really did turn out to be the best place I've stayed so far after several years of lodging. We appreciate all that this house was to us and the quality time it created for my moms bday! My sister even asked if you remembered your outer paint color bc she's remodeling her house hahha. Thanks for everything Randy!

Nice property in a great location

My family and I had a great 4-night stay here. The house was very clean and there was plenty of room for us even though we were seven in total. We were also able to enjoy a couple meals in the spacious backyard. Definitely would stay here again. Randy was easy to communicate with and the house was great for our vacation.

Great Stay

We had a great 2 night stay here. The home is spacious, clean, and well appointed. The backyard is very nice and the driveway parking is convenient. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and convenient to lots of places to see and things to do. The owner was a pleasure to work with. We have friends and family in the area and we'd be glad to stay again next time we're in the area.

Great owner to deal with, very clean, great little spot. Probably 10 minutes to the beach. Good wifi, great back yard, nice to have parking in the driveway. Would stay here again.

Great Backyard, nice place to come home too

We decided to rent this instead of staying in several hotel rooms. It was a great choice as the backyard was huge and the patio heater and furniture were a highlight as we ate breakfast out there, spent our nights chatting and relaxing. House is well equipped with what you need to cook and we enjoyed being able to put kids to bed and still hang out unlike a hotel room. I would reccomend this over a hotel anyday as you get to enjoy the california weather in your own little house.

Very nice stay in a convenient location

The house is charming with a beautiful back yard and every amenity!

We would definitely stay again. Easy access to beach shopping and dining. We had a lovely time. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet.

Had always wanted to live in SoCal and when I had the opportunity with work to transfer I chose Redondo; for me the greatest place I've ever lived. Flawlessly sunny and 75 degrees throughout the year. Fun, active people and so close to so much of it!

Fell in love with this beach home when we stopped in for an Open House. Location couldn't be better and great neighborhood. Ten minutes to the Ocean (Redondo Beach and Hermosa Beach). Gorgeous private backyard. Ocean breeze and clear starry nights. So close to DTLA, Universal, Disneyland, LACMA, Hollywood and great shopping.
