This home features four bedrooms across three levels: one California King, one Queen, one Full, and a Queen Murphy bed in the workspace office. The entire home is exclusively for guest use and is not shared with anyone else

● Master Bedroom – California King bed, private patio with infrared sauna, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and walk-in shower, Samsung Frame TV, spacious closet.

● Bedroom 1 – Queen bed, private balcony with hanging chair, Smart TV, Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom 2.

● Bedroom 2 – Full bed, Smart TV, connected Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

● Bedroom 4 / Office Suite – Queen Murphy bed, desk and chair for remote work, easy elevator access.- The lower-level office includes a hidden Murphy bed and can be prepared as an additional bedroom upon request. Please let us know before arrival how you'd like the space set up.

● Full Bathrooms – Spa-like finishes throughout, with a private en-suite in the master, a Jack-and-Jill bathroom between Bedroom 1 and 2, a bathroom on the first floor connected to the 4th bedroom, and an additional bathroom on the top level next to the kitchen for added convenience.

Home Layout & Access

Guests have access to a two-car garage with an EV charger and direct entry into the home. The entry level includes a workspace with a queen Murphy bed, full bathroom, and laundry area.

The second floor features all bedrooms, including a primary suite with a California King bed, private patio with infrared sauna, and en-suite bath.

The top floor offers an open-concept living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, family room, and balcony with ocean views.



Fireplace Update

Please note that the fireplace is currently not operational and is unavailable for guest use.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Your comfort is important to us, and we're happy to share that the home is equipped with heating throughout the property to keep you warm and comfortable during your stay.

Check-In & Booking

Guests complete a secure check-in form prior to arrival. Verification is required before access details are shared. Travel insurance is recommended, as the cancellation policy is firm.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. No parties or events. Only registered guests are allowed. This is a non-smoking and no-pet property. Violations may result in fees and additional charges.



Care & Responsibility

We took a family spring break trip. We have 3 boys ages 5, 9, and 12 so a place to call home during a vacation is a very important piece every time we travel. The property was fantastic, very clean, spacious, and the location can't be beat. Plenty of room and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.

We had an absolutely glorious day in this perfect home. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were perfectly appointed, comfortable, and made us feel right at home. The kitchen and living area were perfect. and the location was fabulous. So close to the beach, and all of the shops and restaurants.We literally have no complaints whatsoever and would stay here again and again. Several of us said we wished we could move in!
