🛌 Bedroom:

The apartment has a comfortable, bright, spacious bedroom with one queen bed. We added a personal touch in the bedroom to make your stay even more special, such as a large flat-screen TV, bedside lamps and a closet.

🛋️ Living Area:

Our cozy living area has a sofa bed which sleeps two guests. It has 70-inch TV that has access to Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc!

🛁 Bathroom:

The bathroom is modern, clean, spacious, and stocked with all essential toiletries and high-quality towels.

🍳 Kitchen and Dining:

The apartment has a modern and spacious kitchen equipped with cooking equipment, cookware, and cutlery. You will surely enjoy cooking your favourite meals. Then, there is also a dining area where you can have intimate meals with your family and friends.

💻 WiFi:

The super-fast WiFi in the apartment is ideal for streaming your favorite films or if you need to do business calls.

🚗 Parking:

There’s a designated parking lot just across the building and the parking is free.

👍 Extended Stays:

The apartment is excellent even for extended stays, as a washer, dryer, iron and kitchen equipment are all available.

✅ House Rules: We kindly ask that you follow our house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. Please note that non-compliance could lead to the cancellation of your booking without a refund.

✅ Safety First: To maintain a safe and secure environment for all our guests, we may need some basic information from you for screening and verification before or after your booking.

✅ Flexible Check-In/Out: We offer flexible check-in and check-out times! Just let us know in writing if you’d like to make arrangements, and we’ll do our best to accommodate, depending on availability. Please note that extra charges may apply for early check-ins or late check-outs.

✅ Starter Pack: We’ve got you covered with a starter pack of essentials (toiletries, toilet paper, bin bags, and cleaning products) when you arrive.

✅ Care for Our Space: We kindly ask that you treat our place with care. If the space is left extremely dirty or messy, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

✅ We love pets! To help us keep our space pet-friendly, we charge a non-refundable pet fee:

$100 for stays under one week
$200 for two-week stays
$250 for stays of one month
* No parties or extra guests
* No smoking or drugs (Smoking Fee: $250)
* No noise between 10pm and 7am
* No open invitation

If any of the above is detected, authorities will be called and the reservation will be canceled with no refund due.
