The two-bedroom first floor apartment has a king-sized bed in one bedroom with a fold up twin bed. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with a fold up twin bed. This makes the apartment adaptable for families, small groups or those who like to travel on their own. Enjoy your favorite streaming service on the Smart TV, cook in the fully stocked kitchen, or just relax after a long day drinking in the amazing sights and scenes of the Lowcountry. This home is only a 2 minute drive from the recently opened world's largest inclusive playground at Park Circle!

This property features:
- Floors and accent walls that are all reclaimed hardwoods from a local mill
- Free parking & central location
- Newly renovated space with upscale finishes
- Two bedrooms comfortably outfitted
- Bedroom 1: King sized bed with a twin sized folding bed
- Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed with a twin sized folding bed
- A cozy living area with a large TV for streaming your favorite shows or movies
- A breakfast counter that doubles as a workstation
- An equipped modern kitchen
- Washer and dryer
- Desks in each bedroom in case you are mixing business with pleasure
- Yard games - such as corn hole and bocci ball

Please inquire if you have interest in access to the private *Paradiso club*! Located in the Mixson neighborhood, near Park Circle, Paradiso is a luxurious private club that offers our guests discounted access to amenities such as the pool, gym, wellness classes, dining, poolside cabanas, social events and live music. Day passes and cabanas are available for an additional fee.
To secure your spot, please contact us at least two weeks before your reservation date to inquire about passes. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please keep in mind that Paradiso is a private membership club, and access is not guaranteed.

Nice and cozy 2br apartment about 15 mins away from downtown. Not the greatest neighborhood, but the apt itself was very nice inside. Shower was awesome! AC struggles during 90-100 degree days, but that was our only concern. Otherwise, host was very friendly and responsive. If you're in Charleston for business or pleasure, I would definitely recommend John's place over a hotel.

Summer stay

Overall everything was very clean, host was responsive, however the AC did not seem to be working at all and it was 90 degrees outside so the house never got below 83 so that was a bit of an inconvenience but the fans kept it bearable throughout the night and we weren’t there much during the day

Questionable/unsafe

This place is located in a very questionable neighborhood. Would not stay alone as a female. Upon arrival, this looked like a concrete building made into multiple units. The parking is on uneven ground under trees which covered our car in bird feces. The units are not mark me clearly which made it hard to find the right unit. The code given unlocked another unit that we tried to enter on accident. When the door opened the person staying there was there and the room wrecked of pot. The guy said he had arrived and the bed was unmade. The same code unlocked our correct unit when found. I called the after hours number to have the code changed for fear of safety and spoke to someone who said they would take care of it and never heard back. We had a wedding function to get to or would have tried to find another place to stay. We ended up putting a peice of furniture in front of the door at night. The place was fine on the inside and looked like the photos. There were flies in the kitchen but stayed on that side where the bathroom was. I would not recommend this place and would not stay here again.

Heart of Park Circle

Visiting for Easter weekend and the unit was close to restaurants, bars, Park Circle and downtown Charleston. The beds were very comfortable, nice furnishings and adequately stocked. My only issue was that the description of the place did not mention that this was an apartment shared with other units not a single house. The building was older so the walls were thin and you could hear other dogs barking, but everyone respected quit hours. For the most part, we felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed our stay.

Went for a Firefly concert

The firefly is not walkable from this property. Although it backs up to it, you have to walk all the way around to the front entrance to get in. Both trash cans in front of the house were overflowing upon arrival so I ended up taking my trash with me. Interior of the place is very nice and modern but not really sure how safe the neighborhood is.

Park Circle N Charleston.

If you appreciate comfy soft beds & pillows plus cleanliness, this is a great pivot location. Close to Riverfront walk @ WWII Memorial. Close to 2 Beaches & Downtown Charleston . Loved that I could bring my dog.
