Welcome to this stylish 3br/2ba home in the heart of Mount Pleasant! The home has all of the comforts and charm desired for your getaway in Charleston including modern decor, an open floor plan, and a great backyard. It's also situated in an amazing location, just a short 5 minute drive to the Shem Creek area bars, restaurants, boardwalk, and water activities, a 10 minute drive to Sullivan's Island beaches, and less than a 15 minute drive to Downtown Historic Charleston. So come stay awhile!

Your safety and comfort are our priority. In the unlikely event of a MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER FOR CHARLESTON COUNTY during your stay, rest assured that both the Owner/Host and the Property Management Company WILL REFUND 100% OF YOUR PAYMENTS for the dates of evacuation. Once refunded, neither party will have further liability regarding your reservation.
Please note that ONLY MANDATORY EVACUATIONS WILL QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS. No other travel disruptions due to weather, whether in South Carolina or other states, are eligible. For protection, consider travel insurance, especially in high-risk months like hurricane season. Airbnb`s insurance or other options are recommended and we urge you to look into them prior to confirming your reservation.
INSECTS
As Charleston is situated in a warm, coastal climate it is possible to see insects inside or outside of the home at times. These include palmetto bugs, sand gnats, mosquitoes, ants, etc. Those who reside in the Lowcountry just accept this as part of living here but it may be unsettling for those from other areas. The home is treated regularly for pest control but this will not entirely eliminate insects from getting inside at times. Please do your best to not keep doors and windows open and not leave food or drinks out in the home as this will attract insects. FINDING AN INSECT IS NOT CAUSE FOR A REFUND.
HOUSE RULES
- No smoking/drug use ($500 fine)
- No pets
- No parties; quiet hours between 10pm-8am
- No unapproved guests
- Any violations of theses policies will result in additional fines and removal from the property without a refund
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A $500 damage deposit is automatically billed before checkout. It will be refunded to your card after checkout if there are no claims made for damages.
