El apartamento de 4 pisos "C" (primer piso, unidad de cama king) está ubicado en el centro de la ciudad de Bradenton Beach en el extremo sur de la isla Anna Maria.

Cute & clean apartment…Everything was perfect! It was a short walking distance from everything. Directly across the street from the beach & had everything we needed for the beach! Definitely will be planning another trip back soon!

This is a perfect location. Walked to “The Beachhouse” in 2 minutes for an upper scale sunset dinner. Walked 5 minutes to a palapa style Bar and open air grill on the beach and live music for another sunset dinner and fun time. Close walk to Bridge street shops and dining and the pier. For Anna Maria Island you can take a trolly easily or drive North ….easy. The room is perfectly renovated after Hurricane. Bravo to the caretakers of this place. To be that dialed in already is amazing. All new appliances,coffee maker, full fridge and fulll kitchen(if we stayed longer everything was there to prepare complete meals easily). 2 air conditioners and amenities were fresh and new. We thought it would be loud because of street out front, but it wasn’t. They had sliding doors inside to cordon off rooms and with the bedroom being on the units private fenced courtyard it was very quiet. Beach chairs, sand mat, umbrella provided with a pull cart for your short walk to the beach. A hose right outside front door to wash everything off made is clean and easy. Pleasantly surprised with this place.

Condo was clean and in a great location. Building still had some damage from hurricane with severely damaged properties next door. No washer and dryer in condo and not enough towels

Nicely renovated, love location

Just across from the beach, short walk to bridge street. Great location. Owner is quick to communicate. The post storm renovations are very nice. Kitchen well equipped. Would come again!

AMI accommodations

First of all, the host Mike was extremely helpful and always willing to answer questions or stop by to assist. He was very welcoming and kind. We did come during a tropical storm but he made sure we were comfortable and had all we needed as well as gave us an extra night! The accommodations were clean and as listed. Everything you could need was present in our room. There was nice beach chairs and a wagon for us to use. A binder with any number you could need and suggestions for food, entertainment, and excursions. The location is perfect! Right accross the street from the beautiful beach and water. You are also near bridge street, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. No need for a vehicle. Free trolley, tips golf cart transportation, as well as tips monkey bus. The location and accommodations was perfect for anything younwpuld need or want for a vacation on AMI. Thank you Mike and we plan to return one day!

Great Vacation

The location is excellent. You couldn’t ask for anything better . Stayed there now 4 times. This is first time staying for 7 days. Only complaint I had was there weren’t enough bath towels. Only had four for entire week for three people and we had to do our own laundry for clean towels. I would suggest more towels in room or a service to bring more mid week. Beach chairs were ready to fall apart. Needs to be updated a little more often. Overall stay was still good.

Perfect choice

Came to the west coast from the east coast for a little get away by myself. The property was lovely, the room was clean and well stocked. Bed was super comfy and a/c worked great! Capt Mike was very easy to communicate with and very prompt to respond. The area was perfect, very close to lots of places to eat and drink and access to the beach. I felt very safe coming and going alone, day and night. I will definitely stay here again.

Great responses from owner. Wonderful location. Easy local transportation up and down the island. We cooked in our condo, I brought my own spices. Didn’t expect them to provide. However It did have some spices, ie: salt, pepper, sugar. They seemed old though and should be replaced. Overall great place and would stay again.

Great location!

Right across the street from the beach. Even though on a busy street, it was quiet. Great restaurants and even shopping up the street. Everything was walkable. Would go there again.

Great place for a couple’s beach getaway

My wife’s review: My husband and I took an impromptu drive to Anna Maria Island for a week away from the cold weather at home (early December). Capt Mike was very accommodating with our last minute booking. Capt Mike thought of everything! This villa is very clean and well appointed, with updated kitchen and bathroom (including kitchen appliances), tasteful beachy decor, and a very comfortable king-sized bed! The back yard patio area is great for relaxing, with a hammock, chaise lounges, and tables/chairs. Everything is provided for time at the beach — a cart, chairs, umbrella, towels, a cooler, and beach toys. The villa is the perfect size for a couple or a couple with a small child or two. Great location; we walked to the beach and to shops and restaurants. The free trolley is handy, but we had a car and didn’t use it. We are looking forward to returning during warmer weather. I can see myself floating in the beautiful, blue-green, clear Gulf of Mexico. I spent hours collecting seashells and even waded in the water over my knees. The outdoor shower and foot washing (shell washing) stations came in handy. Thanks, Capt Mike!

Weekend Trip

My daughter and I stayed for the weekend for a lacrosse tournament. Location was perfect (across the street from the beach AND near an inlet/outlet to the island so you avoid traffic congestion). We had a problem with our parking spot Saturday evening after 9pm and the owner was immediately responsive and remedied the problem within 15 minutes. Thank you!

Mike, owner of Salty Living Rentals & Property Services (SLRPS) Purchased this 2 story / 4-plex located right in the center of beautiful Bradenton Beach because of its great location and proximity to the Beach, City Park, and the Bay. The property has on site parking spaces, one assigned parking space for your apartment. Addition day time public parking is on the east side of the building a short 1/2 block away for a beach wedding or day visitors.

When you stay here you can park your car and forget it (recommended).
Everything you need is right here within walking distance or a short FREE Island Trolley ride away, including Historical Bridge Street, Bradenton Beach city pier and the BEST the island has to offer.
The Sand Dollar white sandy beach has natural wading pools just past the surf. Sometimes there is almost no surf at all, which is popular with relaxation seeking rafters. Wave runners, sail boats, kayaks, beach or charter scuba (ask diver / Salty Living Capt. Mike or the local dive shop), and other watercraft rentals are just a short walk down the beach. Just let Capt. Mike know prior to your arrival what type of water sport or leisure activity you wish for before or during your stay and he'll be happy to guide you in the right direction…
The beach access is diagonally right or left to either of the lined crosswalks on Gulf (of Mexico) Drive North, see the VRBO online map & zoom in.

Wedding parties can walk from this location for all beach wedding arrangements.
