Welcome to our Conch Cottage, located in the beautiful Florida Keys! Everything you need for your perfect vacation you will find in the cozy walls of our charming keys cottage. This cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage has everything to make your stay one to remember. A Queen bed in the master off the bathroom includes ceiling fan. The murphy bed in the guest is also a queen. Large window ac units provide comfort throughout the cottage and the unit also has a washer and dryer.
Leave your worries behind, come relax and enjoy a slice of heaven here in paradise. The Conch Cottage is in a secured gated condo association called Venture Out, which is a 64 acre property with 24 hour security. It is known for its access to crystal-clear waters and amazing views. Bring or rent a boat, look for sea turtles, manatees, dolphins, lobster & tropical fish. Watch the sunrise and sunset over the water. The Conch cottage is your vacation getaway in the fabulous Florida Keys. Within the community you'll have access to a saltwater swimming pool, hot tub, marina, boat ramp, tennis, basketball, pickleball, convenience store and more! Within the house you'll walk into an open great room, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, covered backyard porch complete with patio furniture, a gas grill and 2 new beach cruiser bicycles. Just bring your swimsuit, a great attitude and enjoy!

The Conch Cottage is approximately 30 minutes from Key West, Bahia Honda State Park and Sombrero Beach.
Swim ladders available for use in the swim area next to the Saltwater pool. The amazing coral reefs of the Florida Keys are just a short boat ride away.
For boaters, we have a 2 boat ramps within the community that is seconds from the house, with a fish cleaning station. You can even buy your bait at the convenience store. Directly behind the convenience store is the gas dock. Everything you need to bring home a fresh Florida Keys catch! After a long day of boating or fun in the sun, kick back and enjoy the gentle island breezes from the back patio while sipping your favorite cocktail with family and friends in the cozy outdoor sitting area. Come experience the laid-back lifestyle in the keys here at the Conch Cottage!

Loved the property. Quiet and pleasant. Nice folks all around. Lovely waterfront, pool and hot tub. Quaint vintage cottage was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Easy access to main route. Close to Key West. Perfect little grocery store on site. Loved the place!

My wife and i thoroughly enjoyed this little cottage at Venture Out recently. Bed was very comfortable and having the ability to wash / dry clothes and swimwear was an added bonus. Cottage was very clean and spacious for our needs. Just a few small things I will mention however. When we arrived, the temperature inside was nearly 85 degrees and the AC was not on, so cooling the place down took some time with two window units, but they did a pretty good job of keeping the inside comfortable once the desired temperature was reached. Second, the tub / shower is about 3/4 the size of a standard one, so a larger person may find it more of a challenge to shower comfortably as i kept knocking my wife's shampoo bottles and facial cleanser off the shelf... Lastly, the property owner may want to have a 'soft' spot in the floor looked at that's right in front of the bathroom sink. It is highly noticeable if you step on it and I am unsure if it's related to water damage or possibly something else. Other than that, no complaints. Would definitely stay here again !

Loved our stay!

Great little camper/mobile home/ house in a great resort setting with everything we needed. Beach towels, large comfy bed, warm pool, pickle ball, tennis courts and really friendly people. Would definitely stay here again.

Adorable place in Cudjoe key

We had an amazing trip staying at cudjoe key. It’s a cute little trailer, very clean. The property was great. The renters are very attentive to questions. Highly recommend!

Great cottage

We really enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. We were able to do laundry and cook which helped us save some money. Really cute place!

The place was really nice. Lots of things to do there in the resort. Easy check in and out. Gated and quite. Place was clean and had lots of things you would need to cook and clean clotbes. Great place to stay.

We had an amazing time in Venture Out! The location is absolutely perfect, you’re right in between all of the best things to do in the keys but you’re outside the traffic of Key west. Monika was a great help and the house itself is perfect for a couple or a small group of people.

Fun Place to Stay

This Key Lime Cottage was just adorable and in a very fun community. The bed was comfy and the grill worked great. Make sure to bring ALL your food stuffs. They don't have anything like spices or oils in the place.

Cute little touchdown place while visiting the keys

We enjoyed our visit in Cudjoe. The house is cute and clean. The location in Cudjoe is close to Key West to the south and Big Pine to the north. The house is in a gated community that is very close to neighbors. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house as we were out and about most of the time but we were aware of how close they were.

For the money awesome little place to stay,

Rented this little house as a Christmas getaway, it was a neat little place to stay. The park offered alot of amenities and was very well kept, the home on the other hand was a different story. They definitely need to put more thought into things such a dishes, lighter for the grill, towles, and other day to day things, we could never get the ac to shut off so we had to unplug it to keep from freezing!!! Other than that it was a awesome little home.

A place to lay your head.

The place was clean. Lacking in sitting comfort. Definitely needs a sofa or big thick cushions with the wicker sofa instead of a board wrapped with a blanket. Fan over bed also very noisy along with the 2 window units. Best part was sitting on back patio listening to the wind blow.

Perfect couples get-away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cozy, Perfect Conch Cottage. Simple, but great for a couple get-away. Easy communication with the property manager; loved the convenient store which had everything we forgot; great view from the cabana beach and nice pool and Jacuzzi. Only a couple of items I'd mention that may need to be looked at. Bedroom fan was pretty loud and the toilet seat didn't stay up for my husband :-). But certainly didn't prevent us from having a great vacation. Thank you.

There’s a lot left to be desired

The good-The location is nice. The bad-was notified upon receiving check in instructions there’s a $113 resort fee when I check in. The place smells like a musty basement. The large air conditioner vents are covered in mold. The bathroom is tiny with barely enough room to move. Would not recommend this place, nor would I stay here again.
