This spacious and well-equipped Beach house has everything you need for an awesome getaway. The Ocean views from the top-level living area are simply amazing! Kick back on the spacious decks and soak up the ocean breeze, or take a dip in the private pool after a fun day at the beach!

Pets Allowed!
- 2 dogs max. Sorry, no cats allowed.
- Fee applies per pet

1st floor:
- Washer/Dryer
4 bedrooms
- Kind Bedroom with en suite full bathroom with Smart TV & Deck Access
- Queen Bedroom with en suite bathroom, Smart TV & Deck Access
- Queen Bedroom with Jack & Jill en suite bathroom, Smart TV and Deck access
- Bunk bedroom. Twin trundle over Full Bunk bed, Smart TV and Jack & Jill en suite bathroom

2nd floor:
- Open floor plan kitchen with breakfast bar and access to Deck
- Livingroom with tons of natural light, a large smart TV & Deck access
- Dining area that comfortably seats up to 10 people
- King Bedroom with en suite bathroom, Smart TV and Deck access!
- Half bathroom (powder room)

2.5 floor:
- Loft with sitting area

Outdoor spaces:
- DECKS with lots of seating, so much outdoor space!
Ground floor:
- Private inground pool - Open from April 19 to October 12.
- Hot Tub - Open all year :)
- Outdoor shower
- Propane grill
- Outdoor dining Area


Linens and Towels:
- Per advertised guest: 1 bath towel, hand towel, face towel, and makeup towel.
- All Beds will be made prior to arrival.
- We provide starter paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, coffee/tea & bath soaps

The cleaning fee includes ALL of your bed linens, bath towels, blankets, cleaning supplies, enough paper products to start, beach gear (chairs, trolly, etc) and serviced Pool and Hot Tub.

Guest access:
4 parking spots in driveway (3-4 Carport)
Street parking allowed on side streets

Want to beat the traffic?! We offer FREE 2 pm. Check-in to OUTDOOR spaces!
The cleaning crew will be on site until 4pm. You can use the pool, outdoor games, outdoor shower, and beach access.


Please note: If you have allergies or dislike sea grass, humid climates, flowering shrubs, sea mist, sand, rain, wind, sand crabs, surfers, kayakers, bikers, kids having fun, and dogs....then our place may not be a good fit for you. If not, we welcome you to stay at our luxury beach house!

Note: We recommend guests purchase travel insurance if traveling during hurricane season.

When booking a reservation you give us permission to use a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property co-host. You may receive an email to complete your screening.

Absolutely no roof access permitted outside of the deck areas. Immediate eviction with no refunds if you are found to violate this!
