Immerse yourself in Paradise on beautiful Hutchinson Island in Fort Pierce, FL! Nestled within the lushly landscaped, gated resort community of Ocean Village, this adorable condo has everything you need! Come enjoy the typically fabulous weather this time of year! 🏖️🎾🏓 COMMUNITY AMENITIES: The resort-style MAIN POOL and TIKI BAR are open! GOLF is only $10 (free in off season mid April through November) 10 tennis courts (including 5 Har-Tru courts), new pickleball courts, bocce, shuffleboard, community center (offering exercise and yoga classes), gym, on-site restaurant and bar (seasonal hours), and private access to a beautiful stretch of the Atlantic Ocean! All of this is located within a gated community featuring 24-hour staffed security coverage. 🏠🌸☀️ THE CONDO: The main living area with smart TV, cards and games is a great place to relax and unwind. The kitchen has granite countertops, full size appliances, dishes, cookware, drip coffeemaker and island seating for 4. The bedroom has an adjustable king bed, double closet with luggage racks and lots of clothes hangers, and another smart TV. For privacy, the bedroom is walled off from the main living area (unlike many units in Ocean Village that are separated from the main living area by glass doors). The recently remodeled bathroom is decorated in soothing neutral colors including a shower with pebble tile floor. The sofa bed in the living room pulls out for additional sleeping space if needed. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of amenities like high speed WiFi, washer & dryer, dishwasher, and super cool AC (heat also available). There is an extra vanity just outside the bathroom so you can both be getting ready at the same time. The screened lanai with seating for 4 is another place to chill with a good book and/or cocktail. Beach chairs & umbrella, cooler, bocce and kadima sets, tennis racquets and pickleball paddles are available for your use. 👨‍🍳🛍️🛒 NEARBY ATTRACTIONS and SERVICES: St. Lucie County Aquarium, Manatee Observation and Education Center, and Jetty Park are all within a few miles. Lots of restaurants, groceries, shops and marina are within 10-20 minute drive. Don’t miss the Farmers’ Market (Saturdays), historic 2nd Street and the Riverwalk area. Locals’ Tip: Catch the water taxi next to Crabby’s for a $10 boat ride. 🛄✈️🛩️ NEAREST AIRPORTS: Vero Beach Airport, just 40 minutes away, offers convenient service through Breeze Airways (JetBlue service starting December 11 and American Airlines starting February 12). We recently stayed at Paula’s VRBO and had an awesome experience. The place was spotless and super well-kept, you can tell the owner really takes pride in it. The décor was beautiful and gave the villa such a comfortable, welcoming vibe. Paula even reached out after VRBO said we cancelled and got everything fixed.

My wife and I had an amazing week at this condo. The facilities at Ocean Village were great. We enjoyed playing pickleball and bocce ball, and spending time at the pool and beach. This condo was perfect and had everything we needed, including equipment to play most of the sports/games at the facility. It even included zero gravity chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Our host (Paula) was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back.

The community is great and Paula the host was wonderful! Was always in communication if we needed anything :) Loved the main pool and tiki bar great food and drinks , only downfall was the noceums and mosquitos, the property needs to spray more . The kids enjoyed the golfing and all activities there and all the bunnies on the grounds :) Beautiful sunrises on the private beach :) the restaurants were great that were close by : on the edge was delicious food , crabbys too , and like I said the tiki was awesome food as well . I would stay there again for sure maybe in winter season when not a lot of bugs Thanks again to Paula our host :)

Hi! I'm Paula, originally from Louisville, KY. The beach has always called me and now I feel so fortunate to have this beach condo and share that experience with my guests. Ocean Village is a unique community with many resort-style amenities in addition to a beach that is less crowded than many coastal communities. I hope you will treasure your time here as I do.

The semi-private beach is the main draw, but it’s also amazing that Ocean Village has so much to offer that you can spend all of your time here. The amenities are all within a short walk from my condo. There are more restaurants and shops within a couple miles if you want to venture out. The Farmers’ Market (Saturdays) and popular 2nd Street area are both about a 15 minute drive and offer more places to shop, eat and drink.

Coastal decor welcomes you to the beach! I want my condo to be your oasis at the end of each day of enjoying all the Ocean Village amenities! The bathroom and kitchen are updated, and the super-cool A/C (or heat) will keep you comfortable year-round. My professional cleaner takes great pride in her work, so you can feel confident the condo will be clean and well cared for. This is not just a business for me. It is my home away from home. I want every guest to feel comfortable here too. My goal is to provide 5-star service and create a place you’ll want to return to year after year!
