Welcome to your dream getaway in beautiful San Carlos, Alajuela, Costa Rica! This private hot property is designed for simple relaxation and adventure, featuring private hot springs with six thermal pools at varying temperatures.
There are very few to no private hot springs properties available for rent in Costa Rica. Nearly all of them have been bought up and turned into tourist attractions. We are not aware of any other house you can rent with your own hot springs.
If you like nature, this is a great place for you. hiking trails, animals, hot spring, privacy all and the essentials needed. You will connect with nature and the wildlife one the property.
After many years of keeping it to ourselves, we have decided to let others experience the magic of this land.
Property Details:
Spacious Accommodations: The house measures 7 meters in front and 12 meters long, comfortably sleeping 3-4 guests in 3 bedrooms.

1 Single Bed
Comfort Features: Air conditioning in the living room only, cozy blankets for cooler evenings, and two sets of sheets per bed.
Kitchen:
Necessities are there to create meals, it is not a professional chefs kitchen, but you can cook. The kitchen has pots and pans, refrigerator, blender, and rice maker for your stay.
Outdoor Paradise:
Private Hot Springs: Indulge in your own sanctuary with 1 cold water pool and 5 thermal pools, offering a variety of temperatures for ultimate relaxation rejuventation.
Charming Ranchito: Unwind in the small ranchito (outdoor roofed area) near the pools, perfect for lounging or enjoying meals outdoors.
Convenient Shower: A shower is available near the pool for easy rinsing after a soak.
Additional Amenities:
Garage: Secure parking for your convenience.

Note:
A laundry machine is currently unavailable but will be added soon. It is possible that a local family can wash your clothes for 5000 colones ($10) per load.

Esta casa de vacaciones se encuentra en Peñas Blancas. Aguas termales Los Lagos y Aguas termales de Baldi son excelentes opciones para los que buscan unas vacaciones activas, pero si prefieres sumergirte en la naturaleza, Lago Arenal y Parque Nacional Volcán Arenal son lo que necesitas. Arenal Eco Zoo y Conservatorio de Mariposas también merecen la pena.
