River tubes are available for use at the home, as is a 6-seater golf cart for zipping to and from your destinations with ease. You’ll also be within minutes to the Schlitterbahn Waterpark for a day full of exciting adventure the whole family will enjoy. Once you see the home, however, you may not ever want to leave! The spacious outdoor picnic area is fully loaded with firepit, Adirondack seating, picnic table, grill, pizza oven, and even a refrigerator.

Stepping inside this historic home, you’ll be surrounded by vintage glamour, each room presenting its own unique features and finishes. Original flooring, doors, and walls have been preserved to add to the home’s charm while offering modern touches where necessary. The dramatic living room offers plush sofa and armchair seating, a rich wood panel ceiling, and smart TV ideal for downtimes streaming your favorite shows. The chic and retro eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with amenities for all your mealtime needs, and you’ll love spending time in this space preparing full dinners and hors d’oeuvres alike. A café table with seating for 4 serves as the formal dining area as well as a casual spot for drinks and a game of cards. Just around the corner you’ll find the pantry complete with complimentary dry bar and coffee bar.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Both bedrooms include comfortable king size beds and smart TVs. The home also includes a beautiful full guest bathroom with custom floor tiles, gold-accented vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a towel warming rack.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Driveway parking available for up to 3 vehicles.
- Parking Permits are required for parking on the street during the day and are provided inside the home at no additional cost. However, please note that no overnight street parking is allowed. Parking Permit(s) must be returned inside the home at checkout. Missing Parking Permit(s) will result in a $50 per Permit surcharge.
- Golf cart included! Guests will receive a form of agreement for the Terms and Conditions for usage of the golf cart, submit copies of drivers' licenses of anyone who will be operating the golf cart, and current motor vehicle insurance of the guest who booked the reservation. This information has to be submitted no later than 24 prior to arrival. Please note that use of the golf cart will not be permitted if all the above terms are not met.
- There is a Ring doorbell camera facing the entry for security purposes.
- The property has 2 fishing poles and Carolina Rig tackle available for guest use
