Great family time in a lovely location

We went with our two young adult kids. Having the small third bedroom was great so that everyone had their own space. We enjoyed the pool area and the gym on the property. The location was perfect for us. We had groceries and restaurants nearby. We had absolutely everything we could have wanted in the kitchen. We also still talk about the comfort of the bed in the primary bedroom! It was extraordinary. We will likely return to this lovely home.

Beautiful views

Very quick check in process. We did have a hippcup with code to get in but was able to get a hold of manager to get in. It was what we needed for the time for our stay. Definitely was a quiet condo complex and was tidy inside. We would stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was perfect for our needs. The only problem was the second bathroom had ants. Several dead ones when we arrived in the tub, but live ones appeared the next day. Did not report due to Christmas holiday and our short stay. The furnishings and appliances were very good and the kitchen is very well stocked. The wine cooler didn't seem to cool, but we did not need or use. Also there could be better lighting in the living room. It was too dark to read in the evening. Overall, the unit is very good. Nice complex, pretty views and close to everything needed. We also appreciated being allowed to have a small dog.

Since we only stayed for 5 nights it didn't matter. Also, should look into getting new pans. The teflon is wearing off making it dangerous to use. Just some nits, but overall we loved the place.

Another Enjoyable Stay at The Greens in March/April 2014

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time at The Greens. The location is ideal for shopping, restuarants,hiking, sightseeing, etc. One thing that detracted from a totally enjoyable time was the tours/groups (bicyclists) staying there. They were at times noisy & somewhat disruptive. Also, the shuttles,buses that picked them up often stopped early in the morning to pick them up right outside our unit and this was very noisy and annoying. The following is a suggestion for when we are returning in March of 2015. Is it possible to have new carpet or the carpets cleaned? They were not very clean with dark stains, patches of discoloration, gouges in a lot places, etc. We may have visitors during our stay so it would be appreciated to have this improvement. Thank you. We look forward to our upcoming stay again.
