Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Outstanding. Jeanine got us a great/superb/outstanding unit. All arrangements went according to plan. 8142E was beautifully furnished with lots of stuff (electronics, telescope, etc) for a great visit. The view from the living rom was wonderful. I'd recommend The Greens to people without hesitation.

Our unit was fine, though we were a bit distracted by the tiling of the roof of our building.

Love the view

We stayed here for two months. We loved the area. The veranda was amazing. Sitting out there and in the living room you could believe you were in another world. The condo was well-stocked with towels, sheets, and kitchen necessities. We would definitely rent this place again. After checking, the management company was responsive to our requests. However, there were a few things that could be improved: 1. Check-in process. I received an email from one person who said I’d get the instructions. That day passed and and I sent a reply. No response. I did get instructions from a different person before we arrived. 2. The description said there was a king bed. It was a queen. King sheets were ther, but no king bed. 3. As others noted, when upstairs was occupied it was like elephants tromping around upstairs. Most of the time no one was upstairs. If there had been, I’m not sure it would have been a pleasant stay. 4. The condo was well- to over-stocked. The closets were so full we had to move quite a few things to the other bedroom to have room for our things in the master closet. There were three sets of pots and pans that took up all the kitchen space, so we moved some to the bedroom also.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have rented this unit for several years & plan to continue. It has a lot going for it, especially the location & views. But this season has been marred by multiple water outages - some announced for maintenance & others due to breakages in the waterlines. One outage lasted nearly 24 hours & information was slow in coming. Jeanine’s email was helpful, but other requests for information went unanswered by staff. And guests should be aware that the condos weren’t built with soundproofing in mind. As a downstairs unit you can hear every step upstairs guests make, including how frequently the toilet is flushed. For the last month a musician has lived upstairs & peace & quiet has been at a premium.
