This is a neat 2 level cabin with its own 2 private lanais. Enter into the lower level to find a cozy livingroom, well equipped full kitchen, a full bathroom, and the main bedroom featuring a California King!. Make your way upstairs through the external spiral staircase to the amazing view of the the upper level. It features a queen bedroom and a second living space with a twin trundle bed (2 8" twin bed setup)



The fully equipped kitchen and BBQ grill make meal prep a breeze, whether you’re dining indoors or enjoying the tropical ambiance outside. Relax among the towering trees, or take a short stroll to Magic Sands Beach Park for sun and surf. Public transportation is also accessible along Alii Drive, with buses that can take you to popular destinations in Kona and nearby areas. Another great option is HIBIKE, this bike sharing service is a short distance away at the north side of Magic Sand beach park for those who enjoy biking around town.



For guests who wish to explore more of the Big Island, including places like the Mauna Kea summit, Volcanoes National Park, and Hilo, renting a car is recommended. Parking is available on-site for one vehicle, providing flexibility for day trips and island adventures.



Other Things to Note:

Treehouse Living: This is an elevated, open-air space that provides a unique, close-to-nature experience. Due to the jungle setting, you may encounter local wildlife, including geckos and tropical birds. We maintain the property with care, but the occasional island critter is part of the charm!

Accessibility: some of the sleeping arrangements are located on the second floor, accessible by external stairs, which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Noise: Alii Drive can be lively, especially during the day. While the treehouse Cabin provides a peaceful retreat, some ambient sounds from the surrounding area are to be expected.

Tropical Climate: The property does not have air conditioning, but the natural elevation and surrounding trees provide shade and ventilation. Ceiling fans and windows allow the island breeze to cool the space.

Beach Gear: We provide beach chairs and essentials for your convenience. Just bring your sense of adventure!

This property is made up of separate private hales, an operations office, and a long term care taker unit. All units are private but there will be neighbors around.
