Newly renovated & tastefully decorated, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is ideal for families, friends, or groups looking to unwind after exploring Brenham, attending a Texas A&M game, antiquing, or enjoying local wineries. This is not a pet-friendly stay.

Luxurious Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Main Bedroom - Tranquility Room: The massive 13 x 16’ master bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a king bed, a plush chair & 1/2 in the window seat area, & a large flatscreen Smart TV. The en-suite bathroom offers a large step-in shower, a separate bathtub, & a double vanity, providing a spa-like experience in the comfort of your own space. Sleeps 2

Bedroom #2 - Cow Room: This charming room features a king bed & a bonus antique cot, perfect for a child (it’s not as big as a twin!). A walk-in closet provides ample storage, & the room shares a bath with Bedroom #3. Sleeps 2

Bedroom #3 - Guitar Room: Also equipped with a king bed, this room includes a closet and shares a bathroom with Bedroom #2. The shared bathroom features a tub/shower combo with a privacy door for the toilet, allowing one guest to use the vanity while another is in the shower. The granite countertop adds a touch of elegance. Sleeps 2

Bedroom #4 - Donkey Room: This versatile room includes a twin daybed with a low twin trundle, making it ideal for add. guests or children. A flatscreen Smart TV ensures entertainment, & the room is conveniently located next to the half bath. Add a gaming system from home & you’ve got a game room for the kiddos. Sleeps 2

Additional Sleeping Options: An extra twin rollaway bed is available upon request. Please let us know several days before your stay so we can have it set up & prepared for you in the spacious Office/Laundry Rm

Half Bath/Powder Room: Conveniently located next to the kitchen & Bonus Bedroom #4, this bathroom is perfect for quick access from the common areas.

Granite countertops, a large island with seating for two, & a cozy dining nook for four make this space as functional as it is inviting. The adjacent pantry provides plenty of storage space for all your groceries & culinary creations. There is also an additional refrigerator in the laundry room for stocking with all your marinades & cold drinks.

Gather around the dining table that comfortably seats eight under the watchful gaze of Frida Kahlo. Here, you can enjoy meals & conversations, complemented by a chilled bottle of wine thanks to the electric wine chiller & opener.

Relax in the spacious living room, featuring ample seating for up to nine guests. Sink into two large, comfy leather sofas or recline in one of the two electric recliners. Enjoy a movie night or watch the game on the large flat-screen Smart TV, or get cozy by the gas fireplace during cooler evenings. Board games, puzzles, & a Bluetooth speaker are also provided for your entertainment.

Step outside to the gorgeous back patio, an ideal spot for outdoor relaxation. Lounge on the huge curved sofa or enjoy a meal at one of the two outdoor dining areas, each seating four. Fire up the gas grill for a barbecue, or unwind in one of the four Adirondack chairs by the peaceful water feature.

Important Details
No Pets - no exceptions: Brenham and the surrounding area may offer other homes that are pet-friendly. This is not that home. Texas House Bill 4164 states the penalty for people misrepresenting their dogs as service animals when they are not specially trained. The State fee for violating this law is $1,000 & 30 hours of community service & will be strictly enforced.

Capacity: The property comfortably accommodates up to 9 overnight guests. If you would like to have 3 additional day guests (up to 12 day guests total), ask when you inquire about the property & confirm your plans before booking. We are a quiet property ideal for small groups & peaceful gatherings, not parties. Only overnight guests are allowed on the property after 10:00 pm.

Check-In/Check-Out: We look forward to welcoming you at 4 PM & kindly ask that you check out by 10 AM. Early check-in is available when possible, contact us a day before check-in to confirm availability. Late check-out may be available when we do not have same-day turnovers. Ask the day before check-out. No extra charge for up to two hours when available.

Age Requirements: The minimum age to book without reviews (or only 1-2 reviews) is 30. The minimum age to book with at least 3 positive reviews is 25. The individual booking this property must be an overnight guest. Please see booking details before booking.

Rental Agreement: A separate rental agreement will be sent upon booking. We will need the rental agreement to be returned within 72 Hrs of your booking. If you do not complete this, we will cancel your reservation.

8 Cars Max: The circular drive can hold up 4-6 cars, the garage apron can hold 2 cars. You can also park on side street. Please do not park on the front street.

Our home is smoke-free, including vapes. If you smoke please do so outside & dispose of all butts in the provided container on the patio. If litter is found, we will bill you for the extra cleaning fee associated with it.

Hair dye, water balloons, glitter, or cascarones/confetti are not allowed on the property. They are difficult to tidy & make the property ready for our next guests. We will bill you for additional clean-up if this policy is violated.

Security: For your safety, the property is equipped with outdoor security cameras monitoring the exterior doors & yard. Your privacy is a priority, & the cameras are not monitored during your stay except in specific circumstances. Camera 1 & 2 are pointed at driveway & front entrance. Camera 3 is pointed at the backyard. Camera 4 is at garage side door. Cameras 5 & 6 are located inside the garage & master closet. These 2 are locked areas.
Private areas are locked. The linen closet, Master closet, & garage are locked. You’ll have access to the WHOLE property, except for those areas.

*** Pond is decorative and not for swimming or wading. Please keep children out of pond. Owner/host is not responsible if accidents or injuries caused by disregarding this notice.

*** Please note, when you arrive at our home you will see a gas fire pit in the yard. This is not an advertised amenity nor is it available for use by our guests due to liability issues. Thank you for your understanding.

***Gas Grill: Please turn the grill off & clean grill after use.

* NOTICE: There is NO Gate/Fence between the back door of the home & the pond. Fence encloses the outdoor space. Do NOT let children outside without adult supervision. Children must be supervised at all times.
