**This is a new listing that will be getting new outdoor amenities soon! The home currently has a ping pong table (upon request, we will put this out for guests until we find a suitable location to store it) as well as corn hole boards.**
**The outdoor fire pit is wood burning only. While we do provide a little bit of firewood from the property, it is not guaranteed to be available. Additional firewood may be purchased**
**The BBQ pit is a charcoal pit. Charcoal is not provided, but can be purchased with the concierge grocery stocking service**

Schon Farms is a beautiful serene setting in the country just 10 minutes from Brenham. Quiet and peace is what you will find here while you're fishing in the private pond, sitting around the fireplace, of bbq'ing with friends and family.
