Located on a tucked away street of Aldea Zamá in Tulum, this Villa offers a tranquil escape to the beautiful beaches of the Caribbean coast, historical sites and curated experiences. The Villa is situated just minutes driving from Tulum Centro, the beach is ten minutes away, and the Mayan Archeological Site of Tulum can be reached within 15 minutes. The surrounding neighborhood of Aldea Zamá is great for exploring Tulum by foot, and has numerous options for dining, going out or shopping.

Originally crafted by its owners, the Villa is a celebrity in its own right: It was the first house completed in the Aldea Zamá neighborhood. Each room of the Villa is tastefully designed with locally-sourced wood from the region, crafts and tropical plants, creating a welcoming space to pause and relax.

This gorgeous Villa offers five bedrooms and five bathrooms (each bedroom with balcony/terrace access), massive living and dining space with a wooden table that can comfortably sit 12 guests for dining or coworking, a fully-stocked kitchen, equipped with and espresso machine, coffee maker, and other appliances that will make your stay extra comfortable. The outdoor areas feature a pool deck with sunbeds, outdoor dining table and chairs, a new full sized BBQ grill, and of course a gorgeous pool! The roof terrace with hammocks and chairs is a perfect spot for stargazing or to catch a sunset over Tulum.

This Villa is located just 1:45 hours driving from the International Airport of Cancun, 50 minutes from Playa del Carmen, 1:30 hours from Pueblo Mágico of Valladolid, and within reach to other historical sites and cenotes in the area.

It’s necessary to make a reservation through us at least 1 day before (date, hour, number of people) and up to 15 minutes' lateness will be tolerated.

MAXANAB (Adult only beach club):
* Free access, $500 pesos/person minimum consumption required for the first 4 people, for any extra person (5th or more) there is a minimum consumption of $1000 pesos/person
* The minimum consumption between December and May might change.
* Free parking, beach towels provided

DOS CEIBAS (Family beach club):
* Free access, $500 pesos/bed (space for 2 people) minimum consumption required
* Free parking with photo of your ticket from restaurant in beach club
* Beach towel for an additional charge
