Hermosa casa de campo Keuka Lakeside

Relájese en una hermosa propiedad frente al lago construida por el propietario, con madera dura local, a 20 pies del agua en el lago Keuka, hermosas puestas de sol, excelente pesca y cerca de muchas bodegas. El Internet se pone 36MB / seg. Un piano, un kayak, una tabla de remo y un bote de remos están incluidos en el alquiler. Hay un bote de pesca de 30 CV disponible por un cargo adicional. Estamos a 5 millas de Hammondsport NY, en el lado este del lago.

Durante los meses populares de julio y agosto tenemos una estancia mínima de 7 noches. Check in y out solo los sábados. We loved our stay at the Keuka Cottage. The dock had enough space to dock our 2 fishing boats plus plenty of space for us to sit on the dock and enjoy the lake. The kitchen was well maintained with everything we needed for meals. Our last night was spent sitting at the table on the deck enjoying the sunset

Fantastic gem on Keuka Lake

Having never been to Finger Lakes, I wanted to find a place for my parents, SO and my small dog and I to enjoy for a few days. It was amazing! Communication before the trip was great, there is a binder that contains everything you need to know upon arrival. The location is perfect, easy to get to. Secluded, as there are no active neighbors right now on either side. It is an amazing property, the architecture is beautiful. It has old/timber lodge vibes but scandinavian decor and style. It is beautifully decorated, love the personal photos and touches as well. The furniture, bedrooms, items in the house and outside the house are so useful for guests. It has a brand new washer/dryer which is super nice. The kitchen has everything you need. The outdoor area is truly so unique. with a outdoor kitchen which has me jealous and inspired for my own home in the future! It has a very high quality fridge and grill, with trash too! Lovely outdoor seating for the family to enjoy dinner. We loved the dock, and used the kayaks once as well. I have no negative things to say about the place. It is so lovely and I'm so grateful that the owners chose to share it with others. It is about an 8min drive to the closest town (Hammondsport) which has a limited grocery store and its about 15-20min to Bath which has a major grocery store. It is 5 min away from multiple wineries. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend to others to stay here as well!

What a wonderful experience!

Edwin and Allen are the absolute best hosts! Their property is stunning and has so much to offer! The location couldn’t be better! They supplied lake amenities and house amenities. Their town is incredibly kind and the fishing off their dock is unmatched. My family wanted to move in! We enjoyed their family pictures and played nightly games of Uno and Yahtzee! Their outside grill and “fish cleaning station” as we called it, was the best! So very much to do and so beautiful! We look forward to our next adventure from this wonderful family!

Wonderful Week

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Keuka Cottage. Everyone was impressed with the space, the fine workmanship, and the amenities. The outdoor eating and grilling deck was superb. Fishing, swimming, kayaking, feeding the ducks and just enjoying the views and environment made for a great experience

Fabulous stay at Keuka Cottage!!

Our family group of six had an absolutely wonderful week at this beautiful cottage in a perfect location on Keuka Lake! The cottage is right on the shoreline, making for quick and easy access to the lake and water activities. We loved the outdoor grilling/dining area and the fire pit for enjoying the beautiful sunsets. And the hosts were very responsive to all of questions - it was a great vacation!

Craftsman was Great

The Craftsman Cottage is excellent . It’s true the wooden craftsmanship is very lovely. The decor is calming, charming and furniture fits well. The windows are large and views are beautiful. The kitchen is small but well equipped . The 3 bedrooms are plenty big and comfortable. The 2 bathrooms are fine and one has a tub. The living room is great for a small group or family to gather. The outside space is super, with plenty of places to sit and view the Lake.There are steps down to the cottage and more down to the beach. The dock is great and a fun place to fish or swim off of. It looks like soon there will be an outside kitchen and large deck to enjoy. Check in and out were easy. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Perfection on Kueka lake

Just returned from the most beautiful stay at this special home. Aside from the location, being perfect, the dock, beautiful and beach access a breeze. The interior Woodwork in this home was like nothing I've ever seen. The Home had everything you could possibly need was absolutely beautiful inside and you can tell how special it is to the owners as well. We felt super lucky to be able to spend time. Our family dog is still asleep from all the swimming he did.

Beautiful comfortable home. Bedrooms and kitchen were great! Living area a bit small but the deck and dock were perfect. Very well supplied and owners were great with communication . Highly recommend .

Clean, comfy, and cozy!

If you love stained wood (which we DO!), this cottage is perfect--beautiful wood grain walls and some ceilings with large windows overlooking sunsets on Keuka! Beds were comfy, and we each had our own bathroom and TV!! :o) The cottage was very clean with a well-stocked kitchen. We even spent some quality time on the pier snacking with the local female duck!! Really nice, quiet place centrally located to Hammondsport and the surrounding area. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Keuka Cottage

We spent a delightful week with our grown children at Keuka cottage. The host stopped by to make sure we got in easily. The location was stunning and the home was beautiful and very unique. The amenities were perfect...kitchen well stocked, plenty of newer kayaks, comfortable beds and a lovely new bathroom on the lower level. The wood finishes in the interior are lovely. We hope to return again next year.

Wonderful week at Keuka Cottage! The house was very clean, comfortable and accommodating with easy accessibility and beautiful views. Bomb Cyclone Shelter

We weathered the 2022 storm in this sturdy, warm dwelling right on the lake. All was as advertised when we arrived and we had excellent communication with Edwin and Allen before and during our stay. The craftsmanship and care that has gone into this house must be experienced firsthand.

A Unique and Beautiful Cottage!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Keuka Cottage. It is beautiful, with an interesting history related to the building of the cottage and personal touches, including beautiful pottery and tile made by a family member, that it felt more like we were staying at a family friend's place! We even got to feed ducks that ate right out of our hands. The master bed is really comfortable, and the updated bathroom on the first floor is quite lovely. Edwin and Allen were so very quick to respond to any of our inquiries. We feel fortunate that they shared their cottage with us and helped to create some lovely memories, and will definitely stay here again!

Quiet and cozy lake getaway

Perfect location for daily swims, fall foliage, and fun excursions to small towns and wineries. Cottage is beautiful and well appointed. We had a relaxing time on Keuka Lake.

Great Loecation

This is a great location with deck literally on the water and close Hammondsport. The cottage is well stocked with everything you will every need. Has one large bedroom and two smaller well suited for a family.

Family vacation

Lovely lakefront location but located close to other activities. The house was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed looking at the pictures of the restoration of the property.

We're a father (Allen) and son (Edwin) team when it comes to running our vacation rental business at Keuka Cottage.

Allen built the house over several years with wood that he sawed from logs, with construction starting in 1978. He continues renovating and maintaining the property to this day.

Edwin runs the rental business and handles most the communication with guests and booking requests.

You can find us fishing for lake trout in our bass tracker boat, and eating homemade Keuka fish tacos. Jury's out on who's caught the bigger fish.

This house was originally built for and owned by Allen's parents, Edwin's grandparents. So our family has many cherished memories of big family gatherings at Keuka cottage, like fishing with Grandma off the dock and eating her southern fried catfish nuggets.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You'll be hard-pressed to find another house this size so close to the lake shore. These days, you aren't allowed to build them so close to the lake, but we're grandfathered in.

We're on the east side of the lake, so guests get to enjoy BEAUTIFUL panoramic sunsets — from the dining room, the deck, balcony, dock, or from our kayak, rowboat, or paddle board!
