There is easy access to all things Madison from this beautifully updated, well furnished, centrally located home.
Just feet from the Ohio River with only green space between you and the Riverwalk. Festivals on Vaughn Drive or peaceful walks along the river are right outside your front door.
Just an easy short 2 block walk to Events, Shopping and Restaurants on Main Street
200 ft to public boat ramp & ample parking for a boat makes this a boaters dream
Short drive to Hanover College
This home is a PRIME LOCATION for all things happening in Madison.

Very clean and comfortable home. There were nice decorative touches for fall. It was within walking distance to downtown Madison. We would definitely return.

This is a great property, it was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The location was perfect! It is close to all kinds of things to do and places to eat. We would definitely recommend and plan to come back.

River life for me

Although the wife and I prefer a more secluded feel this place worked great for what we wanted. In the heart of everything!! Easy walk to anything and everything depending on the mood.

Great location

We were lucky to find this amazing property for the Madison Regatta. We had a great view of the river and watched the fireworks from the back deck. The house was clean and very comfortable. The communication between the host and us could not have been better. All questions were answered quickly.This will be our first choice on our return visits to Madison.

Lovely long weekend

My sister and I met up in Madison for a long weekend and had a lovely time. The home was just perfect for us with a great location and all amenities we needed plus some.

We want everyone to enjoy the place that we love. You can visit here multiply times a year and have a different experience each time ... form Live Music every weekend to monthly festivals ... there's always something to do in Madison!!

This home is the perfect location to be in the heart of everything going on in downtown Madison. This home sits just feet from the River and only 2 blocks to Main Street.
Events on Vaughn Drive are right outside your front door.
Main Street activities, Shopping, and Restaurants are a short 2 block walk.
If you come to hike, adventure and explore through Clifty Falls State Park, this home is a great place to retreat to at the end of each day and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Ohio River and the Riverwalk.
Come to enjoy some time on the water. This home sits directly in front of the Madison public boat ramp and has ample parking for your boat.
Also a short Drive to Hanover College.
This location is perfect for everything going on in Madison, Indiana.
