The entry room features a sitting area and a shuffleboard table, making it an ideal space to hang out. Upstairs lies the main living area. A stone fireplace and plush furnishings add a cozy vibe to the bright, open floor plan. The kitchen is a chef’s dream featuring stainless steel appliances, sleek finishes, and an island with barstool seating.
With 4 bedrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The primary bedroom offers a private escape with a king bed, TV, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, while Bedroom 3 features two twin beds. The fourth bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed and a twin trundle for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note that this home does not have air conditioning. - This home is located in a noise-sensitive neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 9pm - 7am. - This home is about a 5-minute walk to the beach and several restaurants are located within walking distance. - Be cautious and prepared if traveling with young children. The main stairs in the home are very steep and there is a half wall in the living room overlooking the steps. A baby gate is provided for those traveling with young children. - Use caution and follow the good-neighbor guidelines on the rooftop deck as the home is in close proximity to the other properties in the area. - The home has a hot tub on the rooftop (3rd level). Please note that having the hot tub on the rooftop may cause noise above the master bedroom, which is located on the second floor. - Hot tub cleaning is scheduled every Wednesday.
Parking Details: - 2 parking spaces are available in the garage for guest use - Street parking is first-come, first-serve, but please do not block the mailboxes in front of the home. - Driveway parking is NOT permitted as it is shared between units.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Wonderful spot in Grover Beach
We had a wonderful time here! The house was beautiful and clean. The hot tub was perfect, complete with an ocean view. And the host was super responsive and helpful.

Thank you for a wonderful week! Our family of seven thoroughly enjoyed the house and the area. The taqueria on Grand was a daily necessity. :) We spent most evenings together on the roof, watching the sun set. The house was impeccably clean and well stocked with the basics. Everything was in working order, and check in and out was a breeze. We hope to come back again!
