Featuring an open-concept great room, beautifully designed for both relaxation and entertainment, featuring comfortable seating and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The dining table seats 8 people and the breakfast bar seats 4 more. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. King beds are offered in the primary bedroom and one guest bedroom. The third bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and a twin trundle.

- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
