This is a private home with full use of the entire property which includes:

Guest will have use of the entire home, front and back yard, and pool area. You may park several cars in the driveway. Please do not block the sidewalk for our neighbors. Street parking is also available with restrictions on Wednesdays. Please check posted signs. Host is NOT responsible for penalties or fees as a result of guest parking on the street. No mail delivery, mailbox is locked and not accessible to guests.
The Entire property will be accessible during your stay.

Early check in is subject to availability, please inquire at least 24 hours before your arrival. We charge for early check-in depending on your preferred time of arrival.

8 am to 12 noon (half the rate of the night before)
12 noon to 4 pm ($150)

Please note there will be an additional charge for extra overnight guests and daytime guests not included in the reservation. For daytime guests: $50 per day for up to 5 daytime guests, $100 per day for up to 10 visitors, AND $150 additional cleaning fee. Please inquire in advance for approval and to arrange for extra sleeping options and payment. absolutely NO PARTIES!

To ensure everyone`s safety and security, we ask adults in your group to provide a government issued ID. If you don`t have Airbnb history, don`t worry! You can have someone in your group who does send the booking request for you.

Dana Point has a short-term rental good neighbor policy which is posted on the wall. All neighbors have the hosts phone number and all local authorities. Please follow the quite hours and respect the neighbors.

Pool can be heated upon request and has a safety fence. Please ensure that children are supervised at all times and the patio doors, bedroom doors, and pool gate are securely locked. Guest agrees that the presence of the pool/ jacuzzi/ and or bathtub at the property creates a risk of personal injury or property damage. The risk is heightened as it relates to children.
