Barb and myself reside in Nanaimo and love traveling, while crossing countries off our bucket list. As a newly retired firefighter, Barb thought it would be a unique experience to put me back to work, and together we dove into a full property renovation. We like a challenge, and now we’re thrilled to be hosting this oceanfront jewel, sharing a piece of Vancouver Island at your feet.

The sunsets are breathtaking, and having nature at our doorstep—including a partially sheltered cove perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, and other water activities—makes every day feel like a mini getaway.
We love the safe, welcoming community, where neighbours genuinely look out for each other. The location is ideal—Parksville is just a short drive away, giving easy access to shops, cafes, and attractions, while still enjoying the peaceful charm of waterfront living. Between the views, lifestyle, water activities, and sense of community, this property was the perfect place for us to call home.
