Pacific Shores Getaway

Long-term stays are welcome over the fall/winter (September-March) months please message for discounted pricing.

Our two master bedroom condo is located in Pacific Shores Resort right on the ocean. Walk out the door and enjoy a stroll along the beach with your dog, or enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. We have a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher and an in-suite washer & dryer. We are pet and family-friendly, with a ton of activities on the resort. There is a lock-off for the second room which can be treated as a hotel room for extra privacy.
Pacific Shores Resort & Spa is Family and Pet Friendly. Amenities include a full gym, pickleball courts, tennis courts, a games room with a pool table, and a ping pong table. There are additional activities just have a look in our guest book and call the front desk to book your cornhole boards, pickleball rackets, paddle boards, kayaks, bikes plus much much more.

The condo is 1200 square foot heated bathroom floors, jacuzzi jetted tubs, smart Roku TVs in all the rooms, Playstation 4, and board games. The space sleeps 7 but 6 comfortably. We love card games and board games so if you can recommend one for the space, let us know. We will put it in the pile!

There is also an Air Conditioning Unit and additional fans based on feedback from our guests plus the onsite restaurant Pacific Moon Rising is now open with the best views and food in town!

Wonderful condo in a perfect location for a retreat like holiday. The condo is well set up for a dog. It has easy access outside through the patio doors leading to a ground level deck. Perfect! Highly recommended

The Condo is very nice and clean , everything is there what you need , location is great , loved the Pathway that goes around the hole Resort .The Restaurant is very good .There is not much to complain , a great place for a Vacation .The only thing was , there was only a very small portable AC , with the hose out the Window and it was only in the living room , so the 2 bedrooms had no AC and where very hot and it was hard to sleep .The AC in the living room could not cool down the room .The listing had advertised AC , and to me that small AC in the living room does not qualify as AC .The listing should be more clear , we had 33 C for the first 4 Days there and it was way to hot to sleep .

Lovely vacation home

This property was just as advertised. We loved the location as it was fairly private right on the creek. The beach is just steps away from your door. The beach was amazing, the amenities are all right there on site. We made use of the indoor pool/hot tub, the outdoor hot tub and splash pool, and park for the children. We were able to rent kayaks/paddleboards with the owners pass which was so fun! The rooms are spacious, comfortable and overall were an inviting space for our young family. As an added bonus there was a high chair and childrens dinnerware/cutlery. Beds were comfortable and the unit had portable AC and 1 fan which was ideal as we had great weather and it could get warm in the rooms. We communicated with Paul easily and he answered all questions promptly. I would recommend this location for any young family. We loved our stay and hope to come back in the future.

Central for lots of day trips

We enjoyed staying at this well appointed basement walkout. It was perfectly located to travel in to Victoria or to any of the shores or trails to the west. Easy access to Butcharts Garden, mountain and ocean views

Terrific Getaway

Great unit! There didn’t seem to be anything missing that we needed to make our visit a relaxed and enjoyable one. Love that the second bedroom had its own full bath. Love the bar, love the restaurant, love the Pickleball courts, love the pool, love the beach, love the grounds - what more needs to be said!

Winter break

A great getaway! King bed so comfortable, fairly equipped kitchen, warm fireplace and clean comfortable condo. Resort pool was heated and inviting. Outside hot tub was amazing in the cold rainy night. A good winter retreat.

A place to connect with family and nature

The 2 suit design providedThe plenty of room, and privacy for two couples, a teen and a dog. What we loved most is the accessibility to the ocean— no more than a minutes walk— as well as the decks and views. The bay is warm, shallow, and a wonderful to explore. We brought 2 paddle boards. Though we are only beginners, the tranquil waters could be navigated quite easily. Walks on the beach happened every day. We also enjoyed eating out on the deck at the Pacific Moon Bar and Grill on two occasions. The service was fantastic and the food very enjoyable, and filling. We appreciated that we could take our dog on the patio. The view from the patio deck, especially at sunset, completed the dining experience. This is a wonderful location and a great place to create memories with family.

Has BUGS

I tried to communicate in a friendly way that their cleaners arent doing their job. I guess the cleaners are their friends so they must be regardless of the bugs left to be found in teh room the immense amount of dust under the head of the bed and the black mould under thw caulking of teh tub. I moved to a different room that was not privately owned that had hotel cleaning standards and also was beautifully clean and had NO BUGS... they gave me a partial refund after sending them pictures and videos proving what i said to be true ... but i only stayed 1 night and paid for 1 week .. to be sent back $400 out of $1200 and told i dont deserve the rest back is just a kick in the teeth if you ask me. Very rude. DEAL WITH YOUR BUG PROBLEM BEFORE YOU INFEST THE ENTIRE HOTEL!

Perfect getaway Home

We wanted to stay near the ocean, there is a beautiful view from the walkout. We loved the gazebo with fire tables. The outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub were great . Paul was patient through the entire process. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking our own food. This was exactly what I was hoping for whenI booked it. Thank you for making it easy. We enjoyed ourselves .

Great time had in Nanoose Bay

Checkin and out smooth, great communication with the host. Kids loved having the gym, recreation room and pool hot tub we also enjoyed the facilities and walking the ground enjoying the sunset at the fireside tables. Wonderful time had wished we could stay longer

Great spot

My 5 year old and I enjoyed our trip away very much. Lots to do on site (pools/hot tubs, playground, walking trails, games room). The suite is much bigger than the photos make it seem and very well equipped. We would love to stay again!

Great place for a getaway

Spacious inviting place with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Private outdoor sitting area was lovely. Very short walk to the beach and pool. We will definitely consider rebooking in the future.

Great Location, nice comfortable place for families

Beautiful location, steps from the beach. Bottom unit so easy access for walking along the beachside trails. Nice beds but pull out couch a bit uncomfortable. Close to many great places to visit. Really easy check and check out and owners very responsive to our needs/questions.

Not exactly as advertised

This property is advertised as having air conditioning, but it does not. When I checked in I asked about the discrepancy and if there was more than one fan available, and received a response about another question I asked but no response whatsoever about the lack of a/c and fans. The windows don’t open and there is no screen door to the front door, so it wasn’t possible to bring down the temperature much even overnight. Most of the time this wouldn’t be an issue, but we visited during a heat wave (temps over 90), so it was tough to sleep. The property is otherwise nice enough.

Great Family Get away Beautiful Location

We had a wonderful time with our kids and grandkids. The unit is set up just perfect for putting kids to bed and adults staying up to visit! 1 minute walk to beach to explore for seashells and let the dog have a swim! Super enjoyed our stay!! Paul is an excellent host! Thank you!!!

Great location with many amenities

The location is good, there a trail to water from back. The amenities includes pool, sauna, whirlpool. I am an avid tennis player but tried pickle ball as there were courts there.

A Little Slice of Heaven

We had a delightful stay at this pet-friendly resort in Nanoose Bay! I started to relax the minute we set foot on the property. The condo was spotless and exactly as advertised. The property manager was friendly and responsive. We loved being on the ground floor "creekside" and close to the trails for our dog walks. The morning and evening views of the bay from the nearby lookout point were spectacular. There were even two deep soaker tubs to enjoy in the condo!! The layout was perfect for our family of five and we definitely hope to stay there again. Thank you, Paul and Candace!
