MAGNOLIA BY THE SEA! POOL!1 BLOCK 2 BEACH+BOARDS!

Welcome to your home-away-from-home at the beach! This condominium is the perfect place for your Wildwood vacation! This home is located less than 1 block from the beach and boardwalk, and from everything else that you want to do and see. You will be located between the two largest of Morey's ride and amusement piers here, and within an easy walking distance to shopping, dining, and other attractions.

The condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and sleeps 7 to 9 very comfortably. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, TVs in the living area and in all bedrooms, Comcast cable and wireless internet services, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and your own private washer/dryer in unit. Sit back and relax on your wrap-around balcony (with furniture) to sip your morning coffee or your late night cocktails and watch the world go by! The secure enclosed garage has two designated reserved parking spots and a private beach storage room for your beach gear and bikes.

Many new improvements and renovations! The HVAC system (heat and air conditioning) has been replaced. There is new luxury vinyl plank flooring - no more carpeting. All beds and bedding are new. The condo has been freshly painted. More new furniture and appliances are coming soon. Stay here in this newly renovated home!

*THE MASTER BEDROOM HAS A QUEEN BED, an HDTV, and a full attached ensuite bath.
*BEDROOM #2 HAS A QUEEN BED, and an HDTV. Every bedroom has a large closet and a ceiling fan.
*BEDROOM #3 HAS A SET OF TWIN-OVER-FULL BUNKS, and an HDTV.
*THERE IS A QUEEN SOFA SLEEPER IN THE LIVING AREA.

Every bed has a mattress pad, a comforter or spread, and pillows. Guests will bring (or rent) their own linens, bath and beach towels, paper products, personal products, and basic kitchen supplies (trash bags, dishwasher detergent, a kitchen sponge or dish cloth, etc.)

But the best part about this condominium (besides the location) is the professionally cleaned and maintained heated pool! There are gas grills and a hot/cold shower for each unit behind the building.

Awesome location, beautiful property

We had a blast!!! Our teenagers loved how they could walk to boardwalk and how close we were to everything! Will definitely stay there again!

Wildwood NJ - The Perfect Condo

This was the best place I’ve ever stayed in Wildwood. The condo was huge, clean, and in the perfect location. Located only a block and a half from the boardwalk and beach. The unit has a garage to park 2 cars and access to a pool! I will be returning again for sure!

Great place and location!

The apartment was very spacious, and two adults and 4 teen/tweens were very comfortable! We barely had to drive anywhere because the location was so good - right between Mory’s Piers and super close to the beach and boardwalk. The place was welcoming, clean, and very well maintained. We would happily return!

Wonderful location amazing place

Great place to stay, perfect location. The common area was tough as people didn't clean up after themselves or always lock the door. They kept their beach stuff in the way in the garage which was annoying. But the place was perfect. We didn't have to drive anywhere. It was perfect.

Great location

Unfortunately for us we were checking in day after a fire in Wildwood which caused a major power outage. The communication with realtor was limited due to power being out. We were able to check in on time with no power. We were told cleaning service did the best they could without electricity . I understand most people today may not use an old fashion broom anymore ? However I found one in utility room and it worked quite well. Not sure why dusting would be an issue pretty sure dusting doesn’t require electricity. I assume bedspreads would have been washed if electricity was available ? I personally do not use them due to the fact I don’t believe most places wash them. There were hairs and stains on them from previous renters. I am sure it’s was very hot for them to clean without air conditioning and would not be able to use a vacuum. The first night was very hot uncomfortable without air conditioning until 3am when electricity finally came back on. They rest of the week was uneventful except having to reset garbage disposal in between each use. Overall the place was nice it had everything we needed.

Great location

We loved the location and would definitely come back. You could hear the people below us and the pool was small, but overall this was a great place for our family vacation and we loved Wildwood as a whole. It was out first time, everything was close, and we'll be coming back next year.
