This airy, 3 Bed 2 Bath in The Village of Moultrie Creek, is 2 miles from Eastport and 10 mins to SAWGRASS GROVE SQUARE for shopping, dining and FREE nightly entertainment. Saluki Rec Center is under a mile away with a pool, field games, pickleball, billiards and other activities to choose from! Executive/championship GOLF COURSES and REC CENTERS at your fingertips. If you're looking to Leaf It All Behind, this is the place for you!
Our goal is to provide you with all of the information you'll need during your stay at this wonderful home in The Villages. If you need any further assistance, we are available 24/7 by phone, email or text if you need anything or have any questions during your stay. We are a local management company and have local vendors to handle any issues that may arise. So, please do not hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance.
The Villages is a 55+ community and therefore has age restrictions for long term guests. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen (19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period. Additionally, neighbors are friends here and pay attention to each other's homes. Therefore, please do not be excessively loud past 9pm.

Front door code will be sent to you 2 days prior to your booking date.
Guests are permitted access to the entire home, excluding locked areas for owner belongings and supplies. You'll also have access to nearby activities, entertainment and sports, if you choose to purchase a Lifestyle ID and explore everything The Villages has to offer.
The Villages is a GOLF CART COMMUNITY!! There are parallel roads for golf carts only. The Villages has an app where you can find directions to anywhere with the golf cart paths. It is truly a fun experience. The home you are staying in does NOT offer use of a golf cart. There are local vendors available to rent (with delivery) golf carts, if desired. Come live like a Villager and try it out for yourself!

Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)
Golf Cart: Be sure to make arrangements ahead of time to have a rental golf cart reserved for your arrival.
Due to the deed and covenant restrictions no one under the age of 19 may reside in the house for more than 30 days.
Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date
Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.
Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.
Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in fines.
Pets: THIS IS A PET-FREE HOME - Absolutely no animals allowed on premises at any time.
Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.
Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.

This home was perfect, exactly as described in the listing. It was very clean, had plenty of supplies, towels, etc. the location was very quiet, perfect for sleeping. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great. The house is a Pebble Beach model of the Cottage homes series. Very clean, well organized and has all you need for your stay at the villages.

The house that got away.
When my husband and I saw "Leaf It All Behind," we just knew we had to stay there. It is the same model of house that we put a contract on over a year ago and unfortunately had to let it go. It is great to dream what could have been, and it would have been wonderful to live in The Villages. The inside was nicely decorated and in neutral colors, which is exactly our taste. Everything to get our week started was available. The house is close to East Port, which is nice. Thank you for renting your home to us. If I could offer any improvements, I would suggest offering soft and hard pillows for guests. The pillows in the master bedroom were hard. Since I needed new pillows back home, I just purchased one, so it was not a big deal. Thank you again and good luck with your home.
