You'll have full access to the house and the 2.5-acre lot during your stay. Access the house with your own personalized door lock code.

Supply Closet is not accessible for guests
Hot Tub rules:
To protect your own health and safety and the integrity of tub and linens, all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.
No pets of any kind or size in hot tub.
The Neighborhood:
The perfect retreat for those that want to be between Joshua Tree and Palm Springs for the best of both worlds.
Please be aware that no one is permitted to walk on the road leading to property gates, as it is an easement by our neighbor. Thank you.

ENTRY:
A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you before arrival.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
The whole 2.5 acres are fully fenced and features an in-ground pool, in-ground jacuzzi, propane fire pit, sauna, and tanning chairs.
There is another area for yoga with a view, outdoor tub, outdoor shower, and more!
We wanted to inform you that due to high winds in the area, we will not have pool umbrellas available during your stay. Unfortunately, the windy conditions can easily damage them, and we prioritize your safety and comfort.
We wanted to inform you that the outdoor mini fridge has been removed. However, our indoor fridge is fully available for your use! It’s perfect for storing food and keeping your beverages cool.
AMENITIES:
Towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee & trash can liners. Highly recommend you bring additional items too!
PARKING:
The large driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 10 vehicles. Please open the gate and park inside the fenced area, as the road area belongs to the neighbor.
INTERNET:
The house has good internet access through the satellite on the house. Cell reception may be spotty depending on your carrier. You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts with the Smart TV.

Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: Dirt roads, don’t recommend low riding cars but can if you take it slow
Cell phone coverage: Yes cellphone coverage
Outdoor Surveillance: One Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. NO cameras are located inside the property or in the backyard.
◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.
◦ RULES:
- Noise ordinance: Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.
- No external speakers allowed.
- Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.
◦ SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees
◦ RESTRICTED AREAS:
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.
◦ HOT TUB & POOL
Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.
IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB and POOL
To turn on and turn off the hot tub, please communicate through Airbnb message. Please note that we need to have the hot tub requested within 2 hours of use in order to conserve propane. We want to ensure that the hot tub is available for all guests to use, and conserving propane is an important part of that.
To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.
Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.
Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. Thanks for your understanding!
◦ PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEO:
