Just 1 block from the beach access, this 1950s Surf City original surf cottage has been lovingly updated for modern comfort without disturbing its vintage charm.
It's ranch style and size makes it perfect for small families or guests who'd prefer to avoid stairs.
While it's easily walkable to restaurants, shops, and nightlife, with the outdoor living & dining space where there's always a breeze, the hot tub, and outdoor shower, you may not want to get out and about at all!
It's time to drive over the bridge from the mainland, kick back, and let all your worries melt away in the sea breeze.
The primary Bedroom has an en suite full back with shower only and connects to the bedroom next to it through a bi-fold door. This bedroom has a twin bed with an optional pop up trundle and a desk with an office chair.
The front bedroom has a queen as well and shares the full hall bath.
This home also features a separate dining room, washer and dryer, and private outdoor living area, dining area, and back deck where the hot tub and outdoor shower are.
Both queen bedrooms have TVs and all TVs in the home are connected to Roku.
