Poseidon's Reef is a stand-alone condo in the Sandpiper Cove resort community. Walk to local restaurants and stores!

Main Floor: After walking up the stairs to the front door, you'll enter the home and be on the main floor. On this floor you'll find a dining area, a wet bar (with a variety of wine, beer, martini, margarita glasses, mini fridge, wine opener), an expansive living area with 65" Roku TV, the full kitchen (with additional bar seating for 8), a full bathroom, and two bedrooms. You'll also be able to access the deck and bbq grill (propane) from the main floor.

Upstairs (Primary Bedroom and Bathroom): The primary bedroom is the only room upstairs. It's a spacious retreat. Enjoy a large King-size bed, two side tables each with lamps and built-in charging stations, a large 55" Roku TV, and a comfy wingback. The ensuite primary bathroom features dual vanities and a tub/shower combo. Wall hooks and a large dresser provide clothing storage for your stay. Luggage rack included too.

Outside/Downstairs: Under the home, you'll find the laundry room and covered patio, and the parking area. The laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer as well as an additional refrigerator. Detergent and dryer sheets are on hand as well. The beach wagon will be inside this laundry room. You'll receive an additional code for this laundry room door for access. Outside, a spacious covered patio area includes a dining room table/seating and additional Adirondack-style seating. Hang out in the shade after a long day at the beach and relax with family and friends! There's an outdoor shower available outside to rinse off sandy gear and people too.

Main Floor Bedroom #1:
This bedroom features a Queen bed, large 55" Roku TV, dresser, and a closet. Enjoy the large stingray art that floats above you across the ceiling! The closet in this room also has the pack and play. Luggage rack included.

Main Floor Bedroom #2:
This bedroom features four total beds, large 55" Roku TV, and a closet. The bunkbed has two twin beds. The day bed also has a trundle bed underneath that can be pulled out for use. Beach towels are stored inside this room's closet. Luggage rack included.

Main Floor Bathroom: This is a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and it's right next to the two bedrooms on the main floor. It's a single vanity but it does have a large countertop.

Kitchen: The full kitchen features an electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, additional separate built-in icemaker (perfect for keeping your cooler stocked!), dishwasher, and pull out trashcans. You'll find essentials like plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, cups, utensils, cooking utensils, bakeware, basic seasonings, and an air fryer. There is a Keurig coffee maker as well with a few K-cup pods provided to get you started during your trip. A first aid kit is under the kitchen sink. Enjoy bar height seating at the kitchen island with seating for 8!

Dedicated Workspace (in living room): Enjoy a comfortable chair and chic desk at the dedicated workspace - your remote office while staying in Destin! The monitor and charging station is provided and available for your use.

Living Room: This is the cozy hang out room! The large 65" Roku TV and amazing sound bar provide a pretty awesome place to enjoy your favorite streaming channel, movie, or music playlist! (Please note that the electric fireplace is not for guest use and is not operational.)

On the morning of your check-in, we will provide you a personalized code for the front door and for the door on our downstairs laundry room. We'll also send you the gate code for accessing the beach.

You will have access to the whole home including the laundry room downstairs where you'll find a full size washer and dryer and an additional refrigerator/freezer. As a guest at Sandpiper Cove, you'll also have access to the numerous amenities on-site such as the pools (2 are heated in the winter), hot tubs, tennis/pickleball courts, the 9 hole par 3 golf course, and of course the best part --- the beach!

There's an on-site restaurant called Louisiana Lagniappe that you can walk to from the home. Check out their website for the menu and hours.

The Sandpiper Cove beach pavilion also has a snack bar called The Sand Flea where you can order food and drinks. The hours and open dates vary due to seasonality.

Please note: The community has an age restriction of 25 or older to book and PHOTO ID is required. All guests must be twenty five (25) years of age or older unless they are related by family which will then require only one of the party to be over twenty five (25). Everyone claiming to be over twenty five (25) must present proof in the form of a photo ID during check-in. One guest over twenty five (25) whose name appears on the rental agreement will be responsible for all actions of the other members of the group and is expected to reside at the unit during the entire rental period.

Parking: There are three parking spaces under the unit for your exclusive use. There are also additional parking spaces throughout Sandpiper Cove but they are not guaranteed as those may be filled up by guests at other condos.

Trash: We'll provide you a starter pack of trash bags for your stay. You'll want to plan to bring additional trash bags as well. There are numerous dumpsters throughout Sandpiper Cove where you'll need to take your trash upon departure.

Weather: We can't predict or control the weather so please plan to purchase travel insurance for your protection. Our cancellation policy will apply in all cases.

Bugs: It's Florida and there will be bugs outside. Our unit is cleaned between stays and also is on a pest control regimen. But because it's Florida, you never know when something may get in when a door or window is opened. We do not offer refunds for finding bugs. Also, we'd highly recommend you bring your own bug spray for mosquitos, ticks, etc, especially in the summer.
