The Space:

For the golf enthusiasts among you, the Widgi Creek Golf Club is less than 5 minutes down the road, offering challenging fairways and greens surrounded by incredible mountainous landscape. If you’ve come to the area in the winter months for the fresh powder and challenging ski runs, Mt. Bachelor is a 10-minute drive away, making day trips to and from the slopes a breeze. In 10 minutes, you can be in the Old Mill District where you can shop and dine to your hearts’ content along the scenic Deschutes River. The river itself is a desirable family-friendly destination, with river tubing, kayaking, and paddleboarding all exciting options. Pay a visit to downtown Bend, again just 10 minutes away, and enjoy lunch or dinner at one of the local breweries and taprooms. For the outdoor enthusiasts among you, there are plenty of trailheads nearby for scenic hikes in and out of the Deschutes National Forest, or you can visit the extinct Pilot Butte volcano, a viewpoint offering panoramic views of the area. This is the closest lodging to Mt Bachelor Ski Resort available, only 10 min away.



The home’s interior features many beautiful updates, keeping the theme of the rustic outdoors alive in the stylish décor and furnishings. The fully remodeled wood fireplace is the focal point of the living room, creating warmth for the space during the colder nights and months. Find your peace relaxing on the plush sofa or leather armchair while you stream your favorite movie on the mounted smart TV. The cozy, modern kitchen showcases all-black appliances and stone countertops, with sleek cabinetry fully stocked with cookware and dining ware for all of your culinary endeavors. A Keurig coffee maker is on hand to help perk you up in the morning, and you can enjoy your fresh cup seated at the counter on the high-top chairs for 2. The formal dining table can seat 4 whether enjoying meals together or hosting a friendly card game. When you’re ready to seek out more of that fresh Oregon air, head out onto the balcony for a moment of quiet, taking in the amazing views of the surrounding landscape.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 1 private bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a loft.



The bedroom includes a king size bed, balcony access, work desk with chair, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

The home also includes a half bathroom.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Community laundry facilities are available on the first floor of the building.

• This unit is NOT pet friendly.

• Please note that while you have access to all the amenities on site, this is a private unit and not part of the Wyndham resort. As such, the front desk will not be able to provide any services such as more towels or linens. We provide those within the unit. The front desk will be happy to answer questions such as help book activities such as horseback riding from the onsite stable and rafting trips.

• Lot parking available for up to 4 vehicles. The resort also offers EV parking/charging.

• Please note that AWD or 4WD is required during winter months.

• Unit is on the 3rd floor. Please note that no elevator is available – stairs only.

• The Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The Spa is open year-round.

• Firewood is not provided but is available for purchase in the registration building/lobby.



House Rules:

• This property and balcony are non-smoking.

• No pets allowed.

• Always observe quiet hours between 10pm-7am, and respectful to neighbors.

• No parties allowed at the property.

• Do not exceed the number of max occupants.



Bend, Oregon is famous for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy art, dining at an award-winning restaurant, spa treatments, or take part in the Bend Ale Trail, which is the largest beer trail in the West. Bend is also great for family-friendly activities like boating on Cascade Lakes or watching raptors at the High Desert Museum.



West of Bend are the lakes and peaks of the Cascade Mountains, with ski resorts and multi-use trails. In town, a trail leads up Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano. South, the High Desert Museum showcases the local environment, with history and live wildlife exhibits. In the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, stairs lead into the Lava River Cave, a huge lava tube.
