This beautiful Modern Santa Fe home is located in the La Quinta Cove. Scenic desert mountains create the perfect backdrop for this unique pool/spa home. This 3 bed/ 2 bath home is located in a friendly community, just minutes from Downtown La Quinta. It's an approx. 12 minute drive to the Coachella & Stagecoach festival grounds. Also, about 3 miles away from the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens & a quick drive to Downtown Palm Springs. Also, enjoy yourselves playing pool, foozball, and air hockey!
Perfect for Tennis Garden, snow bird rental, music festivals, golf trips, weekend getaways, family vacations, and so much more! No pool / spa heating fees for Coachella or Stagecoach! No parties permitted.

ANY AND ALL FINES WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST RENTING.
Parking available on driveway and street in front of the property only. 5 car limit. No garage parking. Covering driveway or front door cameras is strictly prohibited and against the house rules. This is for both of our protection. If I cannot confirm occupancy limits are adhered to through driveway and doorbell cameras, I will have to show up unannounced to confirm the city ordinances are being followed. There are fines through the city for short term renters and hosts for not following the rules set forth by the City of La Quinta STVR AD HOC Committee. Not following rules may result in eviction without refund per STVR platform policy.
Pool and spa heating is not included. pool heating is $50/day and spa is $25/day as an additional cost if you desire. No heating fees apply to Coachella or Stagecoach concert goers.
Pool is maintained Tuesday and Friday mornings. There is a pool net in the garage for your daily needs to remove debris such as leaves or flower petals. There is no 24 hour or daily pool boy to take care of the pool. As stated, he comes twice per week so the daily netting will be done by you if it’s not a Tuesday or Friday :-).
The housekeeper comes each day there is a checkout promptly at 11. Checkout is at 11am and should be prompt. If you request a late check out, I will need to know more than 24 hours in advance to give notice for her cleaning schedule.
