STUNNING 3-bedroom Desert Oasis Inside PGA West

Welcome! Located in the Arnold Palmer private golf course community. The minute you step foot into the beautiful foyer of this striking three-bedroom two-bath condo you will feel the hustle and bustle of everyday life melt away.

Upon arriving in the upstairs living spaces, you will be met with stunning views of a glistening lake with a backdrop of the adjacent Santa Rosa Mountains through a wall of glass. Once you enter the sparkling kitchen, you will be enticed to prepare home cooked meals for enjoyment in the beautiful dining room. After meals, relax in the cozy living room where you can sit in front of a roaring fire and settle into a movie on the 55-inch flat screen.

Your oasis offers perfect accommodation when it’s time to call it a night. Every bedroom includes charging stations on either side of the bed. The en-suite primary bedroom located on one side of the condo, includes a luxurious California King bed complete with a 65–inch flat screen and spacious vanity area complete with a roman tub for relaxing. Dramatic views abound.

Other family members or friends will enjoy a large guest suite with another California King bed, flat screen, direct access to a second bathroom, and a beautiful double door entry. The comfortable third bedroom is located across from the guest suite and includes a 55-inch flat screen.

The patio offers seating and a gas barbeque paired with views that only PGA West can offer. SMOKING ok on patio.

Downstairs opposite the foyer is the laundry room with its beautiful high-end washer and dryer.

This ideal location is walking and biking distance to golf, dining, shopping, and the many music festivals such as Coachella and Stagecoach. Grab the provided pickleball racquets and balls and ride to one of the best pickleball parks in the country.

Also, close to events held in Palm Springs and other desert cities such as Modernism Week, the BNP Parabais Tennis Tournament, and Joshua Tree National Park!

Thomas was very helpful and accommodating to our requests. If I emailed it was only a matter of minutes before he responded. We loved the home. Very well furnished with the essentials and clean. We also felt very safe in the community and enjoyed the beautiful weather!

Excellent few days in beautiful LaQuinta! The condo was very clean and fully appointed…had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Host kindly allowed us to check in early…much appreciated. Just an fyi…it is a flight up to the condo but once upstairs, everything is together on one floor! Thanks for a great stay!

Outstanding unit

Stayed for a week in early August. This is a very nice rental unit. It was clean with a beautiful interior, nice view of the outside, and in a gated community. The nearest pool is just a very short walk, and we enjoyed riding the two bikes around the community. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and simple, communication with the owner were fast and friendly, and the roaming rams were chill. The only negative was the hot weather but that's on me, LOL.

A SLICE OF PARADISE - Me and my colleague had a delightful stay. Everything was tranquil and the home has beautiful decor, lots of sunlight, comfy furnishings, plush bedding, plenty of plugs/wall sockets for phones and laptops, and the most stunning view of nature and the glistening lake, just as shown in the pictures. In person looks better than the pics. The community is gated and very safe and serene. Host Tom was very accommodating and hospitable. We would stay again!

Golf Getaway

The property located in the PGA West was perfect for our annual golf trip. The condo was clean and spacious with plenty of room to stretch our legs and relax after hot days on the golf course. The pool was mere steps away for a nice cool dip as well. If we find ourselves in La Quinta again, will absolutely stay here again.

I recently stayed at this unit in the PGA West community for a weekend golf trip, and it was an excellent experience. The location was perfect, with convenient access to the golf courses. Staying in the unit was far superior to a hotel—having more space to relax made all the difference, especially after long days on the course in over 100-degree weather.The unit provided a comfortable and inviting space to unwind after golfing. It felt great to come back and have a home-like environment to cool down, rather than being confined to a hotel room. The amenities were fantastic, and the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property were impressive.I highly recommend this VRBO for anyone planning a golf getaway in the area. It’s the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and location. I’ll definitely be back for my next golf trip!

Awesome stay

We were very impressed with the rentals cleanliness and the tidiness. The facility is gated and is very quiet!!! Pool is 2 doors down very convenient. The owner was very communicative and answered all questions with a rapid response. The price is very competitive, you won’t be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!

Golf getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The unit was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities expected. It was located in the beautiful community of PGA West and had a view from the balcony of a lake and surrounding mountains. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting to explore the Coachella Valley, or in our case, on a golf getaway.

great three night stay

Very clean condo, comfortable beds, really enjoyed the lake view from the patio and master suite. A prior review said there were no wine glasses, incorrect, they have six. Only one annoyance involved the garage door. Every time we entered into or pulled out of the garage with our Chevy Tahoe SUV, one of us had to touch the underside of the open garage door with both hands to angle it back and forth. This had to be done so that the wood garage door would not collide/touch with the SUV’s roof luggage rack. This procedure resulted in dirty fingers and hands every time. Other than this annoyance, the condo is very very nice!

Annual Get-together

We come to the desert every year to meet our friends from Seattle. We wish we could have stayed longer this time! The condo was conveniently located and very nicely furnished. Communication with the manager was easy and we loved the view of the lake! We'd come back again!

Great rental

All good. Heat went up to 85 at night and I couldn’t get the touch screen in the thermostat to go down. The property manager/handyman came over within 30 mins at 6 am 😊. Everything was great except for the touchscreen thermostat. I advise having them turn the HVAC off in the winter. It’s not cold in the unit without the artificial heat.

Fellah trip to play golf

The place could not be better located for a fellah trip to PGA West to play golf and hang out. This is a tremendous place that we used last year as well. Everything about it is world class.
