This beachfront condo sits on the first floor of a low-rise building on the west side of Panama City Beach. There's so much to explore in the area, with the Russell-Fields Pier, Gulf World, and Pier Park's 120+ stores, restaurants, and IMAX theater all within a mile. Spend your days fishing, kayaking, parasailing, driving 30A, or simply soaking up the sunshine and the gorgeous Gulf-front view.

Wake up to the sounds of crashing waves and slide open the double glass doors to breathe in the fragrant sea air. The shared beachfront deck is perfect for lounging all day long, whether you're savoring your morning coffee, barbecuing on the gas grill for lunch, or sipping cocktails at sunset.

With its walls of pastel emerald and central air conditioning throughout, the condo is a cool, comfortable, sun-lit space. In this open layout, you can take in a commanding view of the Gulf whether you're cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, reading the newspaper at the breakfast bar, or watching movies in the living room. Each bedroom is paired with its own TV and full bathroom. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are also provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
