The beautiful dining table comfortably seats 6.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all new stainless steel appliances, a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods), pots & pans, baking sheets and more.

This is a duplex, meaning it’s one house divided into two separate apartments, each with its own entrance. Please drive all the way to the back for parking, and avoid blocking the driveway entrance to the backyard.

Pet Fee:
$30/night, but can vary depending on number of pets, breed, etc. (negotiable for longer stays).

You are responsible for picking up after your pet while on the property and while in the neighborhood. Please BE RESPECTFUL.

Important Information Before Your Stay:

A $300 refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. This will be refunded within 7 business days after checkout, provided no damage has occurred.

A rental agreement must be reviewed and signed before check-in.

You really can’t beat the location of this house. We loved being able to walk out the door and explore the charming Dilworth neighborhood, grab coffee or a bite nearby, and even walk to the grocery store. The dog-friendly setup and ample parking were big pluses, too. The house itself is very basic—definitely not decorated in a cozy or stylish way—and it could use a deeper clean and some small updates to feel more inviting and better equipped. That said, for a convenient and functional stay in a fantastic neighborhood, it did the job.

I was unable to stay at this listing for the 3 days I rented it due to lack of cleanliness that is substantial enough to violate VRBO’s guidelines. Additionally, I still have not received a refund from the host when I had to make other accommodations due to this despite contacting them IMMEDIATELY when leaving the property on the first night. This listing is a SCAM - there was hair in and on the couch; Cheeto, blood, Gatorade, and I have no idea what else stains on the INSIDE of the bedding in BOTH rooms. Trying not to cause an issue, I was just going to use the spare bedding for the futon and it was missing. I haven’t seen a dime back of this money despite sending the host photographic evidence and only being on the property for 8 hours of a 3 day stay. Do NOT stay at this property!!

Cute neighborhood

The positives: the property is located in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants, and not far from downtown. The beds were incredibly comfortable and there are TVs in both bedrooms and the livingroom, which was convenient. Also, there is a full kitchen (though quite small) and cute dining table for days when you want to prepare your own meals. The overall decor and furnishings made it feel modern.Areas of improvement:

Love this place!

This property was amazing! Me and my teens stayed here for our visit for one of their birthdays. The whole set up was perfect from the open concept down stairs to the fenced in back yard set up for an amazing place to have a little cookout! Even though you are close to other houses the fence makes it feel like your not. They loved the hot tub! That was definitely the highlight! We did have to clean it a bit but nothing that made it to ware we weren’t going to use it. We had a cookout one night and cooked a few meals as well and the kitchen is a bit limited with cookware etc but you still have most of your essentials . The foosball table. Was a great addition also!Overall this property was great! We wished we could’ve stayed longer.

Wonderful location and comfy home

The best part is how walkable this house is. A nice neighborhood with little restaurants and shops, nice sidewalks and friendly neighbors. The house is on the older side but it’s well appointed and clean. The owner, Dylan, did a good job staying in touch and checking in on us. We spent one day just chilling at home watching tv. It’s a cozy place to chill.
