It was HUGE! There were 6 of us and we had more than enough room. The view was amazing from the balconies. We were within close driving distance to many attractions and shopping. There was a problem with getting the initial email to check in and the elevator went out for about 2 hours, but both were resolved quickly. Make sure to bring your own beach towels because buying them at the stores got expensive. We would definitely stay here again!

If we were just dealing with the owner of the property, I would give 4-5 stars for everything. We absolutely loved the unit and the property. However, the communication with Luxury Costal Vacations was horrible. We were to check in the Saturday after the hurricane and decided to arrive 3 days later. Our unit was open but there were no bedding, linens or cleaning supplies. We actually drove to the rental office and were told they were in the middle of cleaning and would be finished by 4:00 pm. We arrived after 4:00 pm, and nothing had been done. We ended up sleeping and using our beach towels. I called again and messaged Tuesday morning. I just got blanket responses. I finally relented and spent 300 between Walmart and Target. Housekeeping appeared at 9:00 pm. Since I had already cleaned the kitchen, bathrooms and floors, we just needed a few linens and towels. I truly just needed one direct communication from the rental company and I could have relaxed and make everything work. Instead, I spent two days waiting to leave and 2 days waiting and cleaning. The unit is perfect. We would love to use it again but I am a little nervous

This place was perfect for our family, our daughter and her husband and the grand children. Wonderfull ocean front views with private balconies off the master and side bedrooms. Plenty of seating for everyone. Our only issue were the windows in the master bedroom. We had a storm come through at night and the wind whistled so loud that my wife got zero hours of sleep that night. The salt air fused the aluminum together so they were unadjustable. Other than that -AWSOME!

It was great except for minor things that I would think the “Penthouse “ would have at least taken care of since our last stay in that one 2 years ago. Old and torn carpet. One bedroom stays very hot so you need a fan and the fan was on its last leg so we bought one and left it there for the next renters. Although they said they would reimburse, they did not. The tv in the master did not work and maintenance couldn’t fix it but said he would be back in a couple of hours but we never saw or heard from them again so we slept on the couch in living room to watch our shows. Will we stay there again?? Possibly or at Coastal next door maybe.

It was perfect for our family vacation. 6 adults and 6 kiddos. The property was lovely, and accommodated our every need. Will be back. It was the perfect place for this nana and papa to get together with our kids and grands.
