This Pine Knolls Estate home is truly a gem! Nestled above the beginning of the street, it offers fabulous views through the trees of downtown Cambria stretching all the way to the sea. Within walking distance to both the east and west villages of Cambria, adding to the convenience and charm of this exceptional home. Pet-friendly too!
Once you walk up the stairs, you enter the main living area. Recently furnished with new furniture in 2024, including two pull out couches. This level is designed for entertaining! Featuring quartzite countertops, tile and LVP floors, along with exquisite Van Gogh themed art throughout. It offers a spacious kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, quartzite countertops, breakfast room, and dining room which frames the incredible views. The living room features a cozy fireplace. Shake up a cocktail at the wet bar or enjoy a family night in the game room. This rental is perfect for your next vacation with your family and friends! This home also offers a foosball table, gas BBQ, and smoker. What more could you want!
Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a King size bed, walk-in closet, ocean views and a private deck. The master bathroom has a beautiful and spacious shower, new bidet toilet, quartzite counters, and overmount sinks. The second bedroom is also a king bed. The third bedroom has full size beds to accommodate more people. Conveniently located upstairs, the coffee bar is perfect for your morning brew while enjoying your relaxing vacation.
On the first level is the large two car garage with a functioning dumbwaiter.
When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast, you will have many options close by. Hearst Castle and Hearst Winery, perched above the San Simeon Cove, are a short drive up the coast. The famed Paso Robles wine country is a quick drive east. Beautiful home!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was outstanding. It was very modern and exceeded our expectations. There were a lot of stairs but at least we got our "steps" in. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard.

Very Nice and Spacious

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year spending Thanksgiving in Cambria and this was by far the best house for cooking a Thanksgiving feast. The kitchen was very spacious and the dining table a perfect size for dinner and games. There is a very nice chess set in one of the 2 living rooms and a nice sectional in the other living room. There were deer that hung out in the back yard (on the other side of the fence of course). The bedrooms were big and very nice. There was a tremendous amount of storage. The house is modern and very clean.
