Ellenton is quiet, convenient, and underrated. You're five minutes from the Ellenton Premium Outlets, three minutes from Chipotle and Starbucks, and 25 minutes from some of the best beaches on Florida's Gulf Coast. Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key, St. Pete Beach, Longboat Key, Coquina Beach, and Cortez are all in easy reach.
Golf is everywhere — 87 courses within 20 miles, including River Strand Golf and Country Club 11 minutes away. The Manatee Riverfront has great dining, and Creekside Commons keeps opening new spots. SRQ airport is 26 minutes, Tampa International is 45.

Prior to your arrival you will be issued a unique code for the keypad on the front door. There is also a lockbox that will be programmed to the same code in case you prefer to have a standard key handy.

The entire house is yours to enjoy.

The garage is locked off for owner storage.

Plenty of driveway parking. Enough space for a boat, RV, numerous cars and street parking is okay!

Four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, sleeps 10.
The primary suite has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom — a true private retreat within the house. The second bedroom fits up to four guests with a king bed plus a full-sized day bed and trundle; its connected bath can be shared or closed off as a second ensuite. Bedrooms three and four each have queen beds. Outside, a half bath and outdoor shower keep pool time flowing without a traffic jam through the main house. A queen air mattress is available if you need to squeeze in one more.
The garage is reserved for owner storage; everything else — every inch of the backyard, every room, every outdoor space — is yours.

Plenty of parking in the driveway. Space for RV and boat. Golf Carts allowed in neighborhood. Uber and lyft readily available.

Please let us know if you are having any pets or if you would like the pool heated. The Pool is $50.00 per day to heat and we need 24hrs advance notice. Pets are a case by case basis and require owner approval. There is a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay if approved.

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will be asked to pay a $/£35 damage waiver via third-party provider Truvi to protect up to $/£500 in case of accidental damage during your stay. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in.
