Welcome to the "Trophy Fish," a private oasis where resort-style living meets relaxation and fun. Set on a lush half-acre, this retreat offers an in-ground pool and spa, fully equipped outdoor kitchen, putt-putt golf, cornhole, a fire pit, and several TVs indoor and out! Sonos speakers set the perfect soundtrack inside and out. 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths + the outdoor bathroom and shower.

Prior to your arrival you will be issued a unique code for the keypad on the front door. There is also a lockbox that will be programmed to the same code in case you prefer to have a standard key handy.

The entire house is yours to enjoy.

The garage is locked off for owner storage.

Plenty of driveway parking. Enough space for a boat, RV, numerous cars and street parking is okay!

There are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom has a king bed and a day bed with trundle bed (both full sized) so you can sleep 4 in that room. The bathroom is connected and accessible in the hall. It can be shared or closed off as another primary bedroom. Bedroom 3 has a queen sized bed. Bedroom 4 has a queen bunk bed. There is a 1/2 bath outside and an outdoor shower. Queen blow up mattress also available.

Plenty of parking in the driveway. Space for RV and boat. Golf Carts allowed in neighborhood. Uber and lyft readily available.

Please let us know if you are having any pets or if you would like the pool heated. The Pool is $50.00 per day to heat and we need 24hrs advance notice. Pets are a case by case basis and require owner approval. There is a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay if approved.

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will be asked to pay a $/£35 damage waiver via third-party provider Truvi to protect up to $/£500 in case of accidental damage during your stay. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in.
