OVERVIEW:
The property is an updated raised double situated in the safe Uptown Neighborhood. This thoughtfully renovated apartment features original hardwood floors, a spacious front porch perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails, and a private backyard for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.
Located on Dryades Street, a quaint neighborhood commercial corridor, this property is within steps of several beloved establishments, including French Truck Coffee, Charlie’s Steakhouse, Pascale’s Manale, and Le’s Baguette.
