Welcome to our 5 bedroom 2 bathroom home in Charming Palmer Lake. If you are looking for the mountain town charm but just minutes to the city, then you will love Palmer Lake. We comfortably sleep 12 with two extra on the sleeper sofa ($50/night over 12). On a large over half acre lot you can enjoy the summer in the back yard or walk just a few blocks to Palmer Lake. Use of our SUP and kayaks included in your rental. Winters feel like magic here as well; truly like living in a snow globe.
This is your vacation. I am here as you need me.
Palmer Lake is a charming mountain town with friendly people, dirt roads and only local shops & restaurants. If you like charm then you will love Palmer Lake!
You will love our 5 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home. Upstairs you will find a queen bedroom, twin trundle room & a twin over full bunk bed. The upstairs bathroom has a tub and shower combo. Rounding out the upstairs is a spacious and newly remodeled kitchen and balcony. The balcony is the absolute best place to take in the morning sun rise & enjoy your coffee! Downstairs you will find a kitchenette, 2nd living room, a king bedroom, twin over futon bedroom, a gigantic walk in shower in the bathroom and a full laundry area. Outside you have plenty of space to enjoy your family and friends on our over half acre lot. There is plenty of space for the extended family and friends! You will be walking distance to all shops/restaurants in Palmer Lake and the brand new pickle ball courts. There is a large DETACHED garage on property that is rented by other people. There are NO shared spaces. There is room to park 5 vehicles max on property.
Please ask about bringing a pet. Please remove shoes inside. Keep food and drink off couches. Please only park in designated parking spots.
