The Pines Ranch is 2233sf and sits on a private 4+ acre wooded property in the Colorado Springs Black Forest area. It's close to restaurants, shopping, and fairly close to tourist attractions. The living room has a TV, fireplace and fast wifi. The large garden level basement features foosball, air hockey, a bar, and 98 inch TV. In the backyard, enjoy a 6-person hot tub, propane fire pit, dining, a herd of deer that frequent the property and, in Spring, a fox and kits playing.

The house is fully furnished and each room is unique. It features 1 King, 3 Queens, 2 Twins, and 2 Full-Size folding mattresses. There' is a portable air conditioner in the family room and primary bedroom (during the Summer months) and overhead fans in the bedrooms to keep it comfortable. The private property is huge and you will not have to share it with anyone else! You are in Colorado Springs (minutes from restaurants and stores), but the peaceful forest makes you feel far from the city.

You may notice that the cleaning fee we charge is lower than similar listings. We don't make money on fees; in fact, we lose money on every cleaning because we pay our cleaners more than we charge. As owners who also manage, we are proud of our house so we inspect and sign off on every cleaning before you arrive. Our crew averages 8 man hours on every cleaning. The spa is serviced and sanitized between every booking. Everything is sterilized, including appliances, door knobs, sinks, toilets, showers, tables and countertops. Carpets are vacuumed and hardwood floors are mopped. All bedding and pillows are washed. We believe this focus on cleanliness is what separates us from hotels and other listings.

Please note that, while we provide a highchair 2 pack n plays, a baby gate, and toys, this space has not been child-proofed. The 4-acre yard is not mowed or manicured so wildlife can thrive. And there is an outdoor security camera above the garage facing the driveway. We are animal lovers, but very allergic so we have a strict no pet policy and appreciate your understanding. This also keeps the ranch sparkling.
